I'm also jumpin' in late...wasn't gonna do it, I have lots of running in the evening but I figured even if I do some crunches it's something, right?
GOING FOR 3days....
Sunday~ TJ Cardio Party...DONE
Monday~ 46 mins. jog/walk on treadmill...DONE
Tuesday~ 200 Crunches...DONE
Wednesday~ TJ Punch, Kick & Jam...DONE,,phew!
Thursday~
Friday~
Saturday~

Liz: Dont you LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE TJ???? I lost 36lbs prior to this last pregnancy doing TJ. Best workout dvd's by far!!!
