not much snow right now. They actually dropped the totals from 1-3 dont even have 1 yet. So looks like I wont get ap's shoveling. Will take a walk in a bit though. WI was good back down to 139, even though I wasnt on my best behavior @ times. Still need to up that water. I have the single serve crystal lt packs,may do that for my water bottles to help out a little.

big chore for me is to somehow untangle my boucle yarn and make a decent ball of it, really slowing my down the the crocheting dept. Already spent a 1/2 hr on it w/ a lot to go!!
edit*** got rid of one very bad tangle and all the rest was a breeze go figure.
now going for a walk. b'ball isnt until after 3. So a lot of free time on my hands today.

Good Morning Ladies.

Oh I am soooo tired, but I am up. I am sore from the shoveling and playing in the snow!
You will be proud of me....I stayed away from all of that stuff that was around last night! Hooray me!
So today Blair has a basketball tournament. I hate sitting in those gyms for hours and not knowing when they are playing next. UGH!

Lizzy......I hope you don't get as much snow as they thought you would. We definately got the higher end of the prediction this time.

Hey girls! Well the hearing was cancelled. My Dad flew in a witness and we were on our way to the court house when the b---- rescheduled the trial. So, my Dad's friend flew back home and I stayed as planned and spent time with my Dad. NOt to mention the thousands of dollars my Dad spent flying in witnessess and on attorney fee's. The whole thing is a mess and we don't go back to court until May. The soon to be ex keeps making accusations and wasting everyones time and money. She was cheating on my Dad yet she is accusing him of adultery on Nov. 30th in Colorado. That was a few days after she got the false protective order on my Dad and he was at his friends house in Virginia. He bought a cell phone that weekend so he has proof he was not in Colorado. He hasn't even been to Coloarado in years. It is unbelievable the crap this woman is pulling! She is actually screwing herself and everybody is starting to see she is crazy! Anyway, spent the rest of the week playing catch up. Missed you guys! I need to read previous posts and see how everybody has been!

Tonight we are going to a 30th Suprise party at a hotel in New Braunfels and then we have another party to go to after that one! Eek! I am going to do my best to only have a few drinks....After 2-3 I suffer from ridiculous hang overs so wish me luck and self control!!!!!!

Allison.....that totally sucks about what is going on. She will get hers though...karma is a bitch. I am least very happy that you got to spend time with your dad, no matter what the circumstances were.

I decided that I am going to bring my crochet to the game today. LOL those of you that work with yarn might have seen the tote that is almost like wicker and it has a hole in it for yarn to come through? The boys had bought me that for Christmas 2 years ago and I do use it, so I will bring my stuff in that. I still have 4 more squares to make in the one color and 27 in the next. I will be at that school from 10:30 until anywhere between 6 and 9 tonight. Fun huh?

Gosh Darnit...I've lost my focus...again, wasn't even gonna come here and post until I felt back on track again, but I knew that wasn't the right thing to do...so here I am, clawing my way out of the hole. I've had an especially bad TOM, and I'm really starting to go stir crazy not being able to leave the island. But, I'm not giving up! Trying to focus on the positives...

Started knitting a baby blanket last night, I've never made one, had a mess up, need to do some ripping today, I wasn't too far into it yet so that's good.

Mike just left to go do some ice fishing, he's gonna take the kids for some 4 wheeler rides later, and then he's gonna help me move our bedroom around and do some organizing in there.

Allison...so sorry to hear about the hearing, what a witch! I'm with Jen, what comes around, goes around!

Jen....I loved your snow pics! Saw them on myspace yesterday...I have seen those baskets, I think they had something similar at walmart, I may have to look into getting one.

Lizzy...that's what I did the other day, cleaned out my knitting tub...lol...it was a total mess!

Ok, well, I just had a nice, healthy bkfst....gonna go fill up my big water cup and concentrate on detoxing today, lol. Gonna go tackle some housework...love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jen- great job staying away from the food.GL to Blair today. Looks like the snow changed to rain so will probably wash away our 1/4 inche or so. I bring the crochet also to the games and do in between games.cool about the tote

alrighty not sure what I'm going to do besides crochet. May go out on the road or maybe just get that laundry out of the way now.
Thinking about going to the casino for an hr or 2 tomorrow in RI we'll see.

Morning chicas,
Slept in til 8 this morning...very much needed. Work dreams did not keep me up last night so I guess I must have gotten some stuff done, lol.

On the to do list today are many tasks around the house. Gotta get the front landscape weeded...it looks hideous, and then I need to cap off the sprinklers out there. Don't know why they put them out front because they also ran drip lines to all the plants. Why would you want to water your gravel, lol. But the drip lines and the sprinklers are on the same water line so you have to turn on both. We also have some stuff to move around so we can get ds bed put together. Right now his room is the storage area...we need to move all that stuff into the guest room so we can put fix his room up. Should earn some AP's for that, lol.

Would like to get a dog walk in at some point as well. No idea what is for dinner tonight though. I have to start making cupcakes for the baby shower this weekend. I'm making these-30 of them. I thought they were so cute, and since fondant is an awful tasting thing, she's got a recipe on that blog for marshmallow fondant, which sounds awesome. I figure I can make the cupcakes and freeze them this weekend, and then do the decorating on Thursday. Busy week ahead...yikes.

Nik-that's right...come here and get back on the horse. Maybe you could try to figure out what the first trigger was? I know it bothered you that Mike wasn't impressed with your weight loss this week...perhaps we are having some feelings about that??

Gotta run and get some breakfast and get moving.

Sue....have been sitting here giving that some thought, i think you may have a point...it was almost like a "screw it" attitude i got after that, i know this should be "my" battle...I mean it would be nice to have spousal support, but if he doesn't, that should be no excuse not to follow through....it's ultimately not for him...it's for me, I'm all that matters in this part of my life. mike is just one of those non-emotional ppl...i could drop 50 lbs overnight and he would be like "ummmm, yeah....i guess you look nice"...UGGGGHHHH. Thanks for the insight, I would have never put it together myself!

Morning Girlies~The snow looked great coming down last night...nothing going on the morning. Made a batch of the banana pancakes..WOW they are awesome! I finally got 1lb. off from my nasty gain hopefully I'll keep it up. Rented "American Gangster" last night and it was good, Denzel Washington is in it I think we might venture out for some shopping, I think Gregg wants to buy a treadmill...YIPEE, that means I can workout on Saturday's. Hope everyone has a great day!
