Count me in! My exercise goal this week is at LEAST 4 days. I have written out my "plan" for the week, and if everything goes the way it is SUPPOSED to, I should be able to get 5, but, nothing EVER goes as it should, so I am giving myself some room to play with. And, I am still not feeling GREAT. Whatever this bug is, it sure needs to "get a move on." I have THINGS to do!!!

MON.....50 min. eliptical; 10 min. bike; weights (chest--20 min.)
TUES....NONE
WED.....60 min. treadmill (6 miles); weights (back and biceps)
THURS..NONE
FRI......Stairclimber, 50 min.
SAT.....None--but did help a friend move
