Default Move it and lose it....week of Feb 24th

I can not believe that the month is almost done with!!!! Other than the date, the way I know is Jess starts pitching practice today. That means a more hectic schedule, but at least I will start to be outside more often. I am looking forward to doing more outdoor activities this year....especially since I now have a bike.
I also loove to rollerblade, but the trail here is less than a mile, so I have to hit it back and forth quite a bit for a workout. The trail does continue, but unpaved....so since I was the only one in the house without one, Keivn got a bike for me for my birthday.

Weigh to go to the following buddies who hit their pledges:

I am glad that I hit the pledge last week. Hopefully I can do the same this week.

So I am pledging 4 days again.

SUNDAY- Stability Ball 30 mins
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY-OFF
WEDNESDAY- Stability Ball 10 mins & Elliptical 20 mins
THURSDAY-Stability Ball 20 mins & Elliptical 20 mins
FRIDAY-Shovenling Snow 25 mins
SATURDAY-Elliptical 15 mins


4 DAYS PLEDGE....Pledge met!!!!

great job all. Pledging 5 again this week. waiting for better weather for my walks w/o slipping on black ice.

Sun- 35 min walk, 30 min strider
Mon 30 min strider
Tues 25 min strider
Wed rest day
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 30 min strider,30 min walk

Count me in! My exercise goal this week is at LEAST 4 days. I have written out my "plan" for the week, and if everything goes the way it is SUPPOSED to, I should be able to get 5, but, nothing EVER goes as it should, so I am giving myself some room to play with. And, I am still not feeling GREAT. Whatever this bug is, it sure needs to "get a move on." I have THINGS to do!!!

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A FANTASTIC WEEK AND EVERYONE THAT IS SICK......HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON!!!!!

SUN.....90 min. treadmill (about 8 miles); triceps and abs
MON.....50 min. eliptical; 10 min. bike; weights (chest--20 min.)
TUES....NONE
WED.....60 min. treadmill (6 miles); weights (back and biceps)
THURS..NONE
FRI......Stairclimber, 50 min.
SAT.....None--but did help a friend move

Hey guys,

This is a travel week for me, but I hit my goal of 3 days last week, so I'm upping it to 4 this week.

Sunday: 30 min treadmill, 25 min weight machine and free weights
Monday: 30 min treadmill
Tuesdsay: 10 min elliptical, 20 min weight machine/free weights, 50 situps
Wednesday:travel
Thursday:speaking engagements all day
Friday:travel
Saturday: 20 min walk outside

4 pledged, 0 to go!

Ok, I'm pledging 4 days this week:

Sun-off
Mon-cycle 60 min-DONE
Tues-20 min walk DONE
Wed-cycle 60 min-recreational ride with ds 45 min DONE
Thurs-off-not feeling well
Fri-Off
Sat-Off

Didn't meet my pledge of 4 days, but 3 is more than I did last week, so it's all good.
