Okay girls, made an appointment at the doctors...bladder issues have started back up this morning...ugggg!!!

Well I think everyone is finally on the mend at our house. Thank goodness. It has been a rough month. Our schools are closed for some unknown reason. The rumor is that they dont have any salt to salt the driveways and sidewalks. We have a shortage in Michigan for some reason. I had to take yesterday off because of it but I talked my MIL to keeping both kids for me so I could come to work. I am so far behind here with all the time Ive had to take off while everyone was sick. Ive been doing okay with my food but my weight is maintaining so I need to step it up. I noticed a new challenge but havent had time to check it out yet. That will be my next stop. Well ladies have a great day I need to go work so Ill try and catch up later.

Morning! Did not sleep well last night. Had trouble breathing - nose stopped up, coughing, yada, yada, blah, blah, blah. I may actually try to venture out today. First time since last Thursday. Don't really want to since it is really cold here and snowing just a bit, but we need a couple of things at the store. We will see if I can get motivated. On a positive note - journaling went well yesterday and am off to a good start again today!!

Terry~ Sorry to hear that bladder issues are back. When are you going to the doc? I am not looking forward to the teen years with DS or DD!

Good morning ladies! I had a great day yesterday. I was able to get the boys playroom cleaned and moved the couch back there so that I can use their t.v. for my workouts and then I went for a 4 mile walk. It was so great! I enjoyed it so much. On tap today is to get my bean workout in. I think I will try to either alternate or do both a walk and the bean. That will work for me now.

Terry: ugh on DS, I remember my brother doing things like that to my mom. Oh man my DS got so mad at b-ball practice last night, that he was actually crying cause he was so mad. The poor guy is a really quiet kid and some of the other boys were ragging on him and it just hit his mark. I told him to just go ahead and pop off to them if he wanted to. Do y'all think that is bad of me? I don't know what else to tell him, he can only ignore them for so long.

Jen: New carpet I am so jealous! Maybe one day I will have new carpet too. Hope Garrett is feeling better. How did he like his webkins? Did you get the reaction you were hoping for? That is awful about your old boss' brother. At least with them being such a tight family they will lean on one another to get through this awful ordeal! Did you ever find out if the young guy that died was the one with the pregnant wife? Girl, you know entirely to much death for one person don't you? Have a good day.

Hey girls, sounds like everyone is having a pretty good Tuesday Monday! LOL I hate the Tuesdays back at work after being off on Monday. It's like everything is in overdrive! LOL
Had a pretty good day yesterday food wise and all. I did get in exercise and I plan to do that again today. I am making the crockpot deli chicken tonight because we have ballgames. Hope you all have a nice day!!

Xan~ Was it nationwide news yesterday? Scary. That is the car wash I go to and he took the tip jar and ran, the police ended up shooting him and killing him, he shot the officer and his canine. Both are supposed to be fine. I haven't heard the news today though, I maybe mistaken. Yipes!Have fun catching up today!

Cheryl..I think you are absolutely correct...I don't tell my children to start fights, etc but I have always made it clear that if they are being picked on or somebody starts something with them...FINISH IT!!! Tell him to give it all he has next time and knock the crap out of them!!!! (DS actually got suspended from school in the 7th grade for the exact same thing but he had all he could take and we had told him do finish it so he did)

Cheryl~Carlos is very similar and I'm always telling him to pop someone if they touch him and I'll deal with the teacher later when he gets scolded.

You know girls it's not that anyone has laid a hand on Ian he is just the quiet one and there are many mouths here and he just takes it and takes it well he is getting fed up with the mouthing AT him. My parents always taught me to just ignore it but anymore the kids can't ignore it, if they do it will most likely lead to something physical. This is such a different day and age than what we grew up in. I want him to be able to fight his own battles I will just stand back and guide him the best that I can. Of course you all know James tells him to put his hands on them, but thankfully Ian listens to Mom and knows that what Dad says will most likely get him in trouble. We shall see how the days go for now!
