Ok, I'm seriously running low on food, got to get a little creative every now and then, lol.

B - Cream of Wheat - 2
1/4 cup raisins - 2
splenda and cinnamon

L - 3 egg whites - 1
pc of red fat cheese - 1
2 slices of white toast - 2

S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 2
1/2 container of yoplait (mix together) - 1

D - not sure yet, mike is coming home..gonna go look thru all my old WW recipes. Not to exceed 9 pts...

D - chicken breast - 4
cornbread - 2
little bit of pasta - 3
broccoli - 0

S - 3-4 pts.

Here's my plan Nikki

Breakfast: Fiber One cereal with 1/4 c. FF milk 3/3

Lunch: 6 in. turkey sub, dry, pickles, cucumbers, grape tomatoes 5/8, FF Pringles 2/10

Snack: popcorn 2/12, diet pepsi

Dinner: Enchilada Rice mix 8/20, corn 2/22

Leaves 6 points to have some type of dessert... maybe another bday cupcake? LOL

Here's my day: 22 points

Breakfast:
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt - 1.5/1.5
1/3 cup of fresh strawberries - 0/1.5
1 tall skinny starbucks latte - 2/3.5

Lunch
Progresso zero pt soup - 2/5.5 (ate the whole can)
10 almonds - 1.5/7
1 string cheese stick 2/9

Afternoon snack
apple

Dinner (not sure yet)

YAWN!!! i could have slept all day. it stinks being at work!!

here is my plan...

breakfast: jimmy dean lite sandwich: 5

lunch: lean cuisine pepperoni pizza:7

snacks: banana: 1
orange: 1
string cheese: 1

dinner: ????

i really need to step it up with the water
