Well I am now home......the carpet guy is still here PLUS Kevin had a call from the school nurse that Garrett was sick, so he is now upstairs in bed. UGH. I wish the nice weather would come and everyone would get over the sickies already!!!!

The carpet is definately nice and man when I went upstairs it was sooooooo cushy!

Cheryl....The acadia's have the 3rd row seating, but I will be honest, my heart is just about set on the mountaineer.....it is sooooooooo roomy.

I picked up some stuff to learn crocheting at Joann's yesterday! Meant to tell you guys I'm going to start with a scarf... any pointers would be welcome. I have my sewing machine and love to quilt, but thought this might be nice when I'm watching TV and keep my hands occupied! Plus, I thought all your projects looked so beautiful!

Hey Em...does Jason bring video games on the road with him? Some of the guys Kevin works with bring Playstations, xboxes and wii's with them! I told kevin he should take the PS2 with him and bone up on guitar hero. hehe

I hope the carpet guy finishes here soon. I can't even get to any of my ww stuff as it is buried somewhere in the dining room.....where all of my furniture from the living room is at the moment. Plus I have to leave at 3:45 to take Sasha to the vet for her shots. Unfortunately, Nic won't be here until about 5

I have to figure out what to have for lunch....hungry but don't want to eat anything heavy since it is WI day. I have dinner in the crockpot...diet pepsi pot roast.

hey girlies....yuck is it monday already??
the weekend flew by! went out friday and saturday night with
the hubby...over did it on the alcohol saturday night...i was a
lazy butt yesterday. stayed in my pj's til 1 watching i love lucy and
leave it to beaver re-runs. then a friend dragged me to lunch-we
walked around the mall for a while-i think getting out did me good.

i had a bad week food wise last week-it gets so hard for me to get back on track after a slip up. really trying to find my motivation and drive again.
i feel like i work hard-and then continually un-do all my hard work.

today is a new day right

Xan - I know exactly how you feel about your bday, Mike has never been a bday kind of guy. It really hurts my feelings, especially that he doesn't push the kids to acknowledge my bday, mother's day, and even xmas. Makes me feel very unimportant. I know he doesn't do it to hurt me, but it still does. I, too, loved what you said about that lady looking at weight loss like a job...that's the way I used to feel about WW, I spent hours on the internet looking up new recipes, researching, all that good stuff. I lost that love somewhere along the way, hope i can get it back!

Yeah! Lori is on the yarn craft bandwagon!!!!!! I need to really master knitting before I take on crochet, but I hear that it's the way to go if you want to do a blanket!

Anna.......just get your journal out and start anew. We alllllllll screw it up here and there, but what we do the majority of the time is what counts.

I wish Sasha would stop her friggin barking every time the carpet guy walks in her view!!!!! UGH!!!!!!

I won't even consider knitting....only because my mommy swears I do not have the patience for that. I can't even get to my crochet stuff, nor do I have a place to sit and do it right now.
BTW the carpet color looks nice in the living room. I thought it might make the room look too dark with the green on the walls, but actually it is bringing some more green out on the light green walls......did that make sense?

OK.....WW bandwagon....needing motivation.....is there a pair of jeans that you are not fitting into right now that used to fit? Can you hang them up on the outside of your closet so you have to look at them everytime you are in your bedroom? What about a picture that you hate of yourself hung up next to a hot picture of yourself on the fridge?

Oh and yes I will be on here alot today.....the computer area is the only room not effected by the carpet installation.

Oh..and I have been informed that since I got a card and a box of candy (the minature box) that cleared him from having to take me to supper over the weekend...hummm..NOT!!! I have to pick my fights but I will get supper eventually..he just doesn't know it yet.

And, yes I DO NOT THINK WE WOULD GET ALONG at a race...I am sorry but I am anti-jr..OMG..I know that is so not southern!!! Sorry girls but I have 2 friends that get on my last freaking nerve with Jr. and everything he stands for. I have had it up to my ears with him from them for the past 5 years so I do enjoy it when Kasey or any Dodge team member comes in ahead of him. It is nothing personal against you girls at all...it is just a personal issue I have with my friends here...I had to listen for 30 min this morning to my girlfriend telling me all the reasons why Jr did not come in better yesterday like I really care and of course none of the reasons were anything that he was at fault with oh and Kasey came in as well as he did but sheer luck..LOL!!! When DH & I decided to go with Kasey the year he came on as a rookie (DH is a die hard Dodge man and we drive a Dodge), we were practically shunned from society with our friends and it is just something you don't let go of..sorry to my Jr fans here on the boards!

The sun is finally out here...the wind is still blowing but it is beginning to shape up as nice afternoon..the kids are heading out on the horses for a while..what a great way to relax!

I am off to check out my DVDs I purchased yesterday and see what they are like. May try to do some of the arm one.

Terry.....you didn't give me how many servings.....I put serve 6 and it came out to 5 points. As for the other thing....RF cheese is 1 point, the RF roll is 2 pts. I wouldn't count that soup as it is a tsp. Glad you are enjoying your day off! I am a hostage here!
