Here are the results from the final challenge......I hope you join in on the next one!

Jen....Journaled fairly faithfully....got the water in....puttered out on activity once sick, but got 26 out of 30 days in.....pledged 10 lbs lost 11!

Terry.....Did good with staying in range...plugged along with water....Really stepped it up with activity.....lost 2.5 out of 10 pledged.

Barb......Stepped it up with her water and stayed to her points.....Also stepped it up in the activity dept......lost 1 pound of 7 pledged.

Misty....pledged and didn't come back after that.

Xan......really stuck to the journaling and her water! Lost 4.8.

Liz........Did great with the journaling!!! The activity was fantastic!

Cheryl......She also did great with the journaling and water. Her goal was to tone up.....How do you feel you have done in that dept?

Vickie.......She was very faithful to counting her calories and getting that water in. Great job with the exercise....what an inspiration!!!!!! She pledged 10 and lost 11!!!

Lizzy........Her pledge was to stay under 140 and she accomplished that!!!!! Realllllly journaled well and got that activity in!!!!



Anna, Sue, Lori, Erin and Kim will hopefully jump back in on this next one!

Great job everyone,
was a major challenge for me since I had a lot of stress during that time between the car and the carpet. And that I'm an emotional eater, so that was a big accomplishment
