Default Move it and lose it week of Feb 17th

It's a new week!

Can you believe we are half way through February already!?!?!?!

Weigh to go to the following buddies who hit their pledges last week:

Lizzy
Terry
Liz
Vickie has to update.

There are quite a few of us with that have been sick and it is lingering....do small stuff.

That said.....make your pledge and come back and update often.

My activity just plain sucked this week. The kids being off from school really messed up my schedule. I am not beating myself up though.

Alright...shooting for 4 days this week.


SUNDAY- 1 1/2 hours Racquetball AND 1 mile/20 mins Treadmill
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY-25 mins Stability ball
WEDNESDAY-OFF
THURSDAY-Stability Ball 25 mins
FRIDAY-Shoveling Slush 45 mins
SATURDAY-

4 DAYS PLEDGED....Pledge met!!!!

I'm in....shooting for 5 days....

Sunday- Rest
Monday- 45 minutes weights/45 minute walk
Tuesday- 45 minutes kickboxing/10 min Ab's
Wedensday- 20 min. treadmill/10 min stairclimber
Thursday- meant to..but didn't...
Friday- Kickboxing
Saturday-Kickboxing

5 days DONE!!

Sunday
Monday - 30 min treadmill!
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday - 30 min walk
Saturday - 20 min weights

I am going to do my best to get 5 days in this week but I am pledging 4 (have been fighting off the flu bug....everyone at work has it).

Sun........weights (back, biceps, abs); treadmill--70 min. (7 miles) Whew!!!
Mon........weights (chest, tri's); stairclimber, 60 min.
Tues.......none
Wed.......none (stomach virus or SOMETHING??)
Thurs......weights-legs;
Fri..........bike-35 min.; treadmill-37 min.; eliptical-30 min.; abs
Sat.........none (still not feeling great)

I'll try 5 again:

Sun - 40 minute walk
Mon - 30 minute POWER walk
Tues - 30 minute POWER walk
Wed - Kenpo X dvd (holy sweat!!!)
Thur - Kenpo X dvd
Fri - 50 minute POWER walk
Sat - 50 minute POWER walk

Whhooooohoooo, what a week!

Hello everyone,
shooting for 5 @ least

Sun- lots of stairs and moving stuff, got a good sweat
Mon- none- the way the day turned out wish I had
Tues- 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs- 30 min strider
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 15 min shoveling, 30 min strider
