Thanks Jen! It is funny how we get so used to counting points we know them by heart. Oh that is 2 pts, that is three - after a while we get lax in our journaling. Suddenly we are back to our old way and getting what we always got - weight gain (or at least maintenance when that is not what we want)! So, this morning I got my journal back out and started writing down my breakfast. It hit me that all those things I used to know by heart, I was a bit fuzzy on. I found myself asking is that 1 or 2 pts? I am ready to get what I got when I was dilligent in journaling - weight loss!!!
