Can you believe that this week will put us at halfway through February already? UGH!

This cold is just kicking my ass. I had the time yesterday to do it, honestly though my breathing just sucks.

I dont' expect myself to do much cardio this week....but will try to manage toning.

I pledge 4 days.

SUNDAY-OFF
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY[COLOR="Green"]-Stability Ball 30 mins

WEDNESDAY-Stability Ball 25 mins
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

Hello everyone,
I'm in again for my 5 days. Jen- feel better soon

Sun- 40 min walk
Mon- prob none dr's appt- never mind got it done 30 min strider
Tues 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 1 hr scrubbing floors lots of sweat
Fri lots of stairs today w/packing. I actually had the a/c in my car for the trip to work to cool down. LOL
Sat- more packing more stairs!!!!

goal met!!!

Shooting for the same this week...4 days

Sun: 2 hours of serious cleaning out!!!
Mon: 10 min of Below the Belt
Tues: 25 min of Below the Belt with hand weights
Wed: 10 min of Below the Belt with hand weights; 1 hour of serious cleaning
Thurs: 31 min of Below the Belt -- WOOHOO I DID THE ENTIRE DVD!!!!!
Fri
Sat

Mon...30 minute walk in the freezing cold, i must be nuts!
Tues...TJ Cardio Party 1
Wed...TJ Sculpt
Thur..rest
Fri...didn't feel like it, darnit
Sat...40 minute walk

1 day short of making it....UUUUGGGHHHHHH, oh well, still good!

Tues.~35 mins. jog/walk treadmill & crunches DONE!
Wed.~ BL high intensity,scuplting & bootcamp DONE!
Thurs.~

Sat.~BONUS..35mins. treadmill & TJ Abs DONE!

Going for 4 days this week. Forgot to log my exercise last week! UGH I'm so forgetful sometimes!! Goal for this week remember to log it! haha

My goal this week is to get back on track with the eating. When I have big runs scheduled for a weekend, it is so hard to stay within calorie range. But, I don't have any more HUGE runs for several weeks so, HOPEFULLY, I can get the eating regime under control. As for the exercise, I will shoot for 4 days.

Sun............13.1 miles (1/2 marathon..ran the ENTIRE THING. So glad it's over!!)
Mon............ 40 min. eliptical; weights, legs (25 min.)
Tues........... rest
Wed............ 61 min. treadmill; weights (chest, tri's, abs)
Thurs.......... rest
Fri.............. none
Sat............ few stretches and ab work...didn't feel real well

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!! Stay healthy!!
