Gonna have my usual breakfast:

B...1/2 cup oatmeal
2 Tb pb
1 small apple chopped up....YUMMY

God I love my breakfst!

So here's the tentative plan for the rest of the day..

L - progresso soup
2 slices of wheat bread
1 pc lf cheese (grilled cheese)

S - 1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of dried apricots

D - leftover taco soup

Breakfast:
Coffee
fiber one cookies:2
alternative bagel:1
1 tbspn ww whipped cream cheese:.5
3.5
Snack:
Been too busy making my granny square! I'll save a snack for later!


Lunch:
Quorn chicken patty:3
wonderlight bun:1
pickles:0
Mr. Krispers:2
So far: 9.5
Dinner:
Crockpot chicken and dumplings!: 5

snacks: fiber one bar: 2
wheat sins (I didn't eat this all at once): 3

Idol Snack:
ff sf chocolate pudding cup:1

20 for the day!

Breakfast: fiber one bar 2/2, banana 2/4

Lunch: chicken patty 5/9, cucumbers and tomatoes 0/9

Snack: 100 cal popcorn 2/11, pickle 0/11, jicama 0/11

Dinner: 1 1/2 c. Tex-Mex Rice 6/17 corn 2/19, tomatoes 0/19

Leaves 9 points of which I'll use 2 for dessert. I need to be low today!! LOL

Updated my breakfast menu, just found the ww whipped cream cheese! yummy! Lots of cream cheese for 1 point! it was cheap too!

I am gonna throw this in here too.....I did my own core post to keep on track but I will join ya in here too.

Breakfast:
Fiber One 1/2 C
Skim Milk 1/2 C
Banana 1 small

Mid Morning Snack:
Orange Medium

Lunch:
Salad 2 C
Roasted Chicken Breast 1 C
FF Italian Dressing 2 Tbsp

Mid Afternoon Snack:
Campbells Soup at hand Blended Veg. Medley

Dinner:
Whole Wheat Pasta 1 C
W/ Artichokes, Roasted Red Peppers and chicken 1 C


Evening Snack:
Fiber One Bar 2 Pts(WILL BE OFFSET BY ACTIVITY POINTS)

i snack all day...i have to or i get into the horrible horrible habit of secretly eating on my way home from work-then eating dinner with the fam. we never eat til 7:30-8:00-so i have to really watch it.

oh and i had to edit a snack out-i gave BIL my 100 calorie pack.
aren't i nice??
