It's a new week ladies!
Going to some Super Bowl parties tonight? Need to burn off some extra calories or maybe put yourself in a good, healthy frame of mind?
Lets get moving!!!

So decide what you have going on this week and figure out a doable amount of activity to pledge for the week and come back often to post it.

Well I didn't make my pledge this week after getting sick. Today is the first day that I actually feel half way decent since about Wednesday.

I am going to pledge 4 days this week and anything more is good.

SUNDAY- 25 mins Stability ball
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY--35 mins. Jiggle Free Arms
WEDNESDAY-25 Mins Basketball & 20 Mins recumbent Bike
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

4 DAYS PLEDGED....1 TO GO!!!!

Back for yet another week....4 again this week!

Sun: 20 min Below the Belt
Mon: Rest (sinuses)
Tues: Rest (sinuses)
Wed: 24 min Below the Belt
Thurs: 20 min Below the Belt
Fri: Rest
Sat: MAJOR yard work; lifting heavy stuff; toting lumber, etc..over 4.5 hours!!!!

Going for @ least 5 days this week.

Sun- 30 min walk so far,40 min strider
Mon 30 min strider
Tues very wiped out tonight only 15 min strider
Wed back on track 30 min strider
Thurs 30 min strider
Frinone
Sat. 30 min strider (barely, but got it in )

Ok girls,
I'm going to hope that this toe is on the mend and I'll pledge 4 days this week. I doubt I'm going to be able to ride, or run so it'll be a fun task finding out just what I CAN do

Wed-walked all day at Botanical Gardens

I will commit to 4 this week but strive for 5. Last week I actually got extra sparring in so..... good news there. My sons birthday yesterday so the weekend weight not doing as well as I would like . Oh well.....What can you do......

MON.-FIRM~Supercharged Sculpting DONE!
TUES.-30 mins. treadmill & crunches DONE!
WED.- Feeling yucky!
THURS.- 45 min. jog on treadmill DONE!
FRI.-
SAT.-

I am going for 4 this week....need to rest some as I have ANOTHER 1/2 marathon on Sunday (2/10).

Sun.-------45 min. Firm Fusion
Mon.------- 85 min. treadmill (8 miles); chest, tri's
Tues.------ rest
Wed.------ 45 min. eliptical at (5 a.m.)
Thurs.----- rest
Fri.-------- rest
Sat.------- 5K (3.1 miles)
