Hey kids,
Jen-it looks like a good solid laptop. You'll be hard pressed to find anything that doesn't run Vista at this point...it's the standard as MS is pulling support for XP in the next few years. Dh refuses to run it, but I know alot of people who do. It has some built in MS controls, and it dials back to the mothership with regularity, but they seem to be running their systems just fine with it. I read the reviews and the specs...nice big hard drive, 2 gigs of RAM will be fast, fast, fast. Nice price. Looks like it might run a wee bit hot though, so be careful. They call them notebooks now for a reason...with all the crap they're packing inside them, most of them should not be used on a lap

Anyway, looks like a good laptop, and people seem to be happy. I think you'll like the widescreen. One of dh's laptops is a widescreen and it's NICE for movie watching. I think one of the reviews said your laptop comes with a remote for movie viewing...funny.
Tell Kevin to pack his woolies. Flagstaff has been hitting the single digits at night. That's about 2.5 hours north of me. It's where we go to see snow

Damn he'll be so close to the Grand Canyon. If he hasn't been, he should go. It's only about an hour north of Flag...
Lizzy-hope your car is better than new when you get it back. Maybe they can inject it with some of that "new car smell"
Alright...I gotta work. I'm still very sleepy. Dh and I had a rip roarer fight last night and I inhaled a glass of wine before bed. Feeling it this morning.
Peaceout,
Sue
Lori-good to see you honey. Glad you're staying put for awhile.
