Default Move it and Lose it! Week of Jan 27th

Good morning and welcome to a new week of our activity accountability thread!
Anyone can jump in.....the more the merrier!
Just make a pledge as to how much activity you will get in this week, and come back and update as often as you can so we can help hold you accountable.

Congratulations this week to the following buddies who hit their pledges:

Jen...for not using only videos and doing other(even though embarrassing) activities.
Liz.....even though she was hurt in an accident!
April....who jumped in for her first week and did it!
Nikki- great job on adding weights in this week!
Veronica......I hope you have been kicking butt in sparring! What rank are you?
Vickie- Even though she was sick, she still ran her marathon and did great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terry- starting to make exercise a habit!

OK....make your pledge for the week. Make sure it is an amount that is attainable....have fun!

OK......I am in for 5 days again this week.

SUNDAY- Walking at Piratefest 4 HOURS!!!
MONDAY- OFF
TUESDAY- Complete Body Sculpting 50 mins.
WEDNESDAY-Fat Blasting Cardio 35 mins & Firm Abs Program 2 10 mins
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

5 DAYS PLEDGED.....2 TO GO!!!!!

Hello everyone,
great job last week!!
I'm in again going to up to 5 days. Things will be a bit nutty,the couple of wks. Getting the rental on monday so prob no exercise then.

Sun- already got 30 min strider
Mon- 30 min strider
Tue prob not sick
Wed-30 min strider
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri none
Sat 30 min strider

goal met

4 Again This Week...@ 20 min of exercise

Sun: 20 min of Below the Belt; 15 min walk; helped clean up and stack lumber
Mon: REST
Tues: 20 min Below the Belt
Wed: REST
Thurs: 22 min Below the Belt
Fri: Rest
Sat: 20 min brisk walk

Morning girls and Congrats to all who held themselves accountable!
As for me I'm going to hold myself accountable for 4 days but going to strive for 5.
Sunday-20 minute walk.
MondayCore work on Stability ball
Tuesday-Strength training.
WednesdayAck didn't do nothing
ThursdayRYB workout
Friday
Saturday

Hi Buddies~ I am pledging 4 days, but pushing for more. Got hammered with a cold at the end of the week. So I was not up to par when it came for the extra push this week.

Jen - I am currently working toward the brown belt.


Sunday-Off
Monday-TKD 90 Min
Tuesday-40 min Toning (upper body and core)
Wednesday-40 Min TKD class
Thursday-25 min brisk walk
Friday
Saturday-

CONGRATULATIONS.....NOW FOR THE WEEK AHEAD. I AM GOING TO PLEDGE FIVE FOR THIS WEEK, AS HOPEFULLY, I AM ON THE WAY TO RECOVERY (FROM THE COLD).

SUN.......... 40 min. stationary bike; 25 min. weights
MON......... 70 min treadmill (7 miles)
TUES........ 25 min. weights (legs); 35 min. stairclimber; 25 min. bike
WED......... 30 min. weights (back, shoulders, abs); treadmill-45 min. (4.25 miles)
THURS...... 1 hour eliptical
FRI.......... rest...getting ready for my 5K in the morning
SAT......... 3.1 miles (5K) 25 min.

Let's Do It! I'm in for 4 Days of some type of moving!

Sunday~ 1hr. jog/walk in the park & ab work DONE!
Monday~Transfirmer Body Sculpting & Ab Jam DONE!
Tuesday~Got home late but did 170 crunches
Wednesday~Ab Work
Thursday~W-I night NONE
Friday~
Saturday~

Veronica.....Very cool! I have my First Dan in Karate. I used to compete nationally and I also used to kickbox. My ex owns a karate school....which is why I do not teach anymore.....if I can't respect my Sensei outside, I won't in the dojo either!
