wi this morning. Back to 139 again. Lets' hope it @ least stays there. Doing well w/ the water and exercise this week. Back seems to be holding up too.

oh yeah for all our cooks out there, trying a roasted pepper soup this weekend. it's calling for a 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. do you think I could use a few drops of hot sauce instead?

Morning guys...it's way too early. Went to bed at 7:30 last night, Mike was in a mood and it was just so much easier than staying up and getting in a fight...woke up a few times, but all in all slept pretty good, Cooper came in about 5....wow my life is boring, lol.

TGIF is right! OMG I am soooooo tired this morning. If it weren't for the fact that I have to put checks in the mail, I seriously would be staying home this morning! plus it is only 7 out right now.....yuck!
Kevin is sitting at the other computer telling me he wished he could type as fast as me. hehe
OK....on tap today is I have to take Garrett to meet his dad after work, Kevin and I are playing racquetball at 6....then we have to sign the kids up for little league. Racquetball should be hysterical! I am sure I will pass out or something equally as funny.....maybe get smacked in the head with a ball as it rebounds off a wall or something.....who knows. I do know this, I am almost embarrassed to play. BUT I will try it.
Food yesterday, I went way high on points. I had the munchies for some reason....at least I had planned for higher points. Today i will do my target.

Lizzy- I second Nikki....I would use some hot sauce. Good job on getting back under!

Nikki- sorry Mike is still being a manboob. Hopefully he is out of your hair today!

We had quite a rain storm last night while DH and I were at the market! Needed a plastic bag to cover my new Dooney purse! Who cares about the groceries huh? LOL
So today I'm going to shop in the morning and come home to clean. Ick, what happened this week? The house is a wreck! I need to get some work out pants and I hear that Mervyn's is having a big sale! Gotta get me some bargains right?

Lizzy~ Take pictures of Athena! She digs Idol huh? that is funny! Sambi stares at the TV too, I wonder what they are thinking. He has been wanting to go outside in the morning but I'm afraid my weird neighbor (not my mom) will think he's some kind of animal and shoot him! LOL! He is staying home bound!

Jen~ Have a great time tonight! Sounds like fun. I've never played that before. My mom's swanky gym has rock wall climbing, I'm thinking I want to try that!

Oh forgot to tell you guys......yesterday afternoon my entire check run got all fouled up! Those of you in acctg will enjoy this story........I was half way through and the box of checks was running out.....so I attached the next box and it is going alright when it jams! I quick fix it and then 2 checks later it jams again. So I shut down the printer(yes one of those okidata's) figuring I can just pick up with new check numbers from the vendor that started screwing up forward. I did that, ran my register and it deleted all the previous vendors checks!! They did an update in payables and it seems there is a bug! I had to rerun the entire thing! I was sooooo pissed. I told my boss (the controller) all of that this morning and we are FINALLY going to go to laser checks. WHAT A PITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

April- UGh on the freezing rain! We have cobblestone streets in town and that stuff is HORRIBLE with that weather.

Barb- Thats right! Save the purse! I am like that with the coach! I am trying to convince Kevin that I now need a wallet to match! hehehe I need a map of all the coach outlets in the US so I can point him to any of them when he is feeling guilty about being away! LOL

Oh yeah Jen, you can slip that into his luggage when he goes! Just in case! LOL!

Quick post and I'm hoping to check back later...we have visitors today. Anyhow, my sistah Cheryl got an ear full last night right after my WW meeting, I'm up on the scale and heard just 1lb...I get off thinking..I'll take it cause I was at least expecting a 2lb loss...well I look at the paper and I gained 1lb ..I was just burnt!! I was okay after talking to Cheryl, our bodies are tricky and TOM was here too but it sucks after all the workouts and journaling. I'll just keep at it! HAPPY FRIDAY TO ALL !!

Hello girls! Man have I missed you guys. Life has been crazy - literally! I went to Memphis to visit the grandparent and found them doing better then expected. I was staying with some dear friends and the lady who has kisd my age was in the midst of a terrible depression and acting out in bizarre ways. Her husband did not know what to do and her two boys were ignoring things. So, I had to step in and help out. I stayed a few extra days and went to the doc with her on Wednesday. He is putting her on some meds so hopefully life will improve. Let's just say I was so glad to get back to my kids last night and am exhausted from dealing with other people's issues. I found myself eating way too much and not getting in enough exercise. I am looking forward to getting home in a couple of days and getting back to a routine. Jason is still in AL and the distance is beginning to take a toll! UGH. That is my life in a nutshell. So, upbeat and joyful. Hopefully a nice weekend will improve my outlook. Hugs to you all!
