Valentine's Challenge Update
We are about 1/3 of the way through the challenge.....here's how we are doing so far:
Jen- 4.8 down out of 10 pledged. Hitting her points 99% and getting that water in consistently. Also pledged 30 days of activity and has completed 12 days.
Terry- 1.5 down out of 10 pledged. Hitting her points 96% and trying REALLY hard with her water. Also has started to exercise!!!!
Barb- 1 down out of 10 pledged. Hitting her points! Trying really hard with her water. She is rocking it in exercise!
Misty- Has not updated anything. I did send her a message, has not responded.
Xan- Has lost 2.2 of 10 pledged. Struggling with flex points..But SHE CAN DO IT!!!!
Liz- Has lost .6 so far of 5 pledged!!! She has been hitting her points and has been doing great with exercise!!!
Cheryl- Has pledged to tone up.....she is hitting her exercise target each week and has been staying near her points target and getting that water in.
Anna- Where are you!??! The first 11 days reported she did great with points and water!!!!! Come on girl!!!
Sue- Sue has been swamped getting AP's for moving!!!
Vickie- Not sure exactly where she is at wt loss....but she started her journey on 12/26 and is down 10 pounds which is what she pledged!!! Awesome! She is kicking butt! Sticking at her calories, getting the water in and has gotten in 19 out of 30 days pledged in the exercise department!! AWESOME JOB!!!!
Lizzy- She has been at a plateau...she she pledged to stay under 140 after losing 2 pounds at the first week! Right now she is only 1 pound over! SHE CAN DO IT! She is doing great with the activity and getting her water in too!!!!
Lori- Pledged 12 pounds...need to update. She travels for work, so posting is hard for her.....the first week when she was home though she did great!
Erin- Is juuuuust under her pledge of 5 pounds!!! Woo. She has been sick and needs to get back on here to post her progress!
Kim- Is rocking it! Her pledge was 15 pounds and she is at 12 already!!! She is doing awesome sticking with limiting her carbs and doing great with exercise!!!!
Anna- We need an update on weight loss. She had a hard time getting the exercise in at first, but for the past week has done GREAT!!!!!
Alrighty ladies...........like I said we are a little over 1/3 of the way there!
