Default Move it and lose it! Week of Jan 20th

It's a new week!!! Let's see who made their pledges:

Jen......WTG on doing more than pledge!
Veronica...Welcome to the group!
Vickie........GREAT job on doing more than your pledge!
Terry....WTG getting back in there!
Nikki- How many days were you supposed to do?
Liz- WTG on doing an extra day!!

Lizzy- I hope you feel better after your accident!!!!

Alright....make a plan for the week. It's going to be cold in most places.

Make a realistic pledge of how many days you will do and come back to post daily.
Lets move it and lose it!

I have made a rotation calendar for my workouts again. I loved when I had that in the past.

I am pledging 5 days this week.....it is what my calendar says!

SUNDAY- Basketball & swimming
MONDAY- OFF
TUESDAY-Total Sculpt Plus Abs
WEDNESDAY- Cardio Sculpt Blaster & Firm Abs
THURSDAY-OFF
FRIDAY-Racquetball 70 mins
SATURDAY-Stability Ball 30 mins.

5 DAYS PLEDGED.....PLEDGE MET !!!!!

Hello everyone,
great job!!! Jen great idea for the rotation, esp since you have a ton of tapes.
Still not sure how my body is reacting to the accident. Going to play it by ear, esp since need to do some running around errands because of it. Will pledge 3 days, any more would be great

Sun- already 30 min strider, did 30 min more during the game
Mon body was telling me something, zonked out way early so no exercise
tues 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 30 min strider may try something different tomorrow
Fri- ok tried my pilates tape and back and neck were bothering me after a short time. switched to 1 mile WATP and knee started to hurt after 2 min so went back to my tried and true - 35 min strider
Sat

happy sweating
Lizzy

Monday-Did my RYB Strength training
Tuesday-Did core work on my ball and I'm feeling it lol
Wednesday- doing my RYB it gets me moving!

I never really pledged an amount...missed yesterday due to mainland trip

I'm starting with some weights tomorrow, not sure how sore I'll be, but I'll pledge 3 days weights for sure and that's it for this week to see how it goes.

Mon...total body weights
Tues...walk outside
Wed...total body weight
Thur...much needed rest
Fri...total body weights

O.K. Big week for me as I have a 1/2 marathon coming up Sat. (1/26) so I have to rest more towards the end of the week. I still pledge 4 days, but will probably get 5 (just more weight workout and less cardio). Good luck to everyone this week.

Sun.-----80 min. treadmill (7.15 miles)
Mon.-----40 min. stairclimber, 10 min. eliptical,45 min. weights (chest, tri's, abs)
Tues.-----none---sick with cold
Wed.----- none---still sick..ugh!!! I so hate this!
Thurs.---- up early...45 min. on treadmill (4.5 miles) about killed me!! But it's done! After work 30 min. stairclimber; 15 min. weights
Fri.-------none
Sat.------??????off to do the 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles...keep your fingers crossed...it is 32 degrees............brrrr!!!) 13.1 miles in 1 hour 57 minutes. Yea!!!!
