Terry- You are not alone......We went to a Chinese Buffet last night. I made pretty good choices but I still ate way to much!

What are the possible side effects of naproxen?
ulcers (open sores) in the mouth;
rapid weight gain (fluid retention);

Well sir...I am steering clear of that drug from now on...oh and guess what I have the mouth sores too!!! Started on Fri morning with 1 in back of throat, another by Fri afternoon on side of tongue and another yesterday morning on side of mouth...dang it all!!! It did work wonders on my shoulder pain but good grief..this sucks!!!

Got my breakfast eaten...fixed a spread for the family but I stuck to straight grits only.

It is so nasty here today..it is a heavy fog that has everything wet and 55 degrees...I thought it was supposed to be a pretty day but so far it is mega YUCKY!!!

Angie..DD wants to sell some of her Vera Bradley stuff on ebay and we got it all out and took pics and everything and then could not download the pics onto the website so it lost her entire post. Going to try again today!

Okay off to get a huge glass of water..about the only way I know to fight this other than lasik and I am totally out.

OMG..I just decided to weigh...I am at 179.5 this morning..HOLY COW!!!! That is over 6 lbs in a matter of 24 hours....no wonder I am hurting.

Allison..Chinese is such a red flag for me!!! The kids love to come get me from work on their short days at school and go to the china buffet...

Good news...my hostess sent home a plate full of cupcakes last night with me and I have passed by them 4 times now and not even licked the icing. I am praying somebody wakes up soon so they can scarf them down and get them out of my sight!!!

Good morning ladies. I am up and have already started laundry. I only have one load to do today. I am about to kick DH out of the bed so I can make it. I think I will put on a pot of beans for the family to eat and I will have a sandwich for dinner. I am going to stick with this. I need to be a good girl until weigh in. I had mentioned yesterday that I was trying to figure out what to do with all my craft stuff. Well we have a local website that is free. I listed some of the items as lots of things to buy on there so you girls go on there and see what it's like and let me know if it looks ok. The website is Hobbs, NM Community Guide
the go to Misc. Items and look around. I think there are two pages of things for sale. I have bought some things off there also. My living room is in Americana and I bought a couch and a loveseat in red plaid on there for $150.00 for the set. it is very nice.

It doesnt cost me anything to do it and I have had good responses to that previous things I listed on there. I have sold my clothes on there before without the lady even looking at them first. She called me up and said I would like to buy the clothes will you meet me at Wal-Mart and I did. She paid me cash and that was it.

Terry~I'm glad you found out what it was! That sucks as side effects. Looks like you're doing really well this morning, keep it up girlfriend! The sleepover was nice, the both of them just played on the XBOX. His friend is a little skinny thing with not much of an appetitie, I made them breakfast pizzas in the a.m., Carlos pounded down the whole thing and his boy ate a corner, Carlos whispers to me later, "that was a waste!", he's like his mother..LOL

OK soooo home really quick before I pick the other girls up.
I went to walmart and guess what I found!?!?!?!?! 2 more of the new Firm dvd's not using the transfirmer!!! WOOHOO....so I think that makes 4 now that I have that are newer. I bought Burn & Shape last week(tried it once and it's alright), today i bought Total Body Toner with Allie and Total Body Time Crunch with Rebekah. I also have Ultimate Fat Burning Workout with Alison that i like, but I know the kickboxing moves at the end might hurt my knee because of the pivoting, so I will try that again in a few weeks.

I also bought the new Lean Cuisine melt wrap things. The one I had was OK, but it was 7 pts and I am not sure if it was worth that.

OK.....I gotta run and go get the other girls. Keep your fingers crossed that nobody tries to harpoon me at the pool! LOL
