Considering I had to hunt for Scout for a few days, I think I did great.
Apparently after yesterday's fiasco with the step and my knee, for now I think I need to find exrcises that do not include a step....which I am not happy about. I like to workup a huge sweat!!! I will find an alternative though.
I am pledging 4 days again.

MONDAY OFF
TUESDAY OFF
WEDNESDAY Firm Total Body Time Crunch 45 mins
THURSDAY Body Sculpt 45 mins
FRIDAY Cardio Sculpt 55 mins.
SATURDAY Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs 55 mins.
