Default Move it and Lose it w/o Jan. 13th

It's the start of a new week ladies!
How do you feel that you did last week? Did you do things the way you wanted to? Did you try something new?

Considering I had to hunt for Scout for a few days, I think I did great.

Apparently after yesterday's fiasco with the step and my knee, for now I think I need to find exrcises that do not include a step....which I am not happy about. I like to workup a huge sweat!!! I will find an alternative though.

I am pledging 4 days again.

SUNDAY- 45 Mins basketball, 45 mins swimming
MONDAY OFF
TUESDAY OFF
WEDNESDAY Firm Total Body Time Crunch 45 mins
THURSDAY Body Sculpt 45 mins
FRIDAY Cardio Sculpt 55 mins.
SATURDAY Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs 55 mins.


4 DAYS PLEDGED....Pledge met PLUS 1 extra!!!!

Hello everyone,
yippee macy's is history. Pledging 5 days this week. May be doing belly dancing starting next mon so need to start some of those exercises again. My form is way off. Jen be careful of those knees!!

Sun- 25 min walk and do belly dance video 30 min
Mon rest
Tues car accident

Wed not sure how the rest of the week will go, will see how I feel tonight!!- none
Thursfeeling better 30 mn strider
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 2 hrs walking!!!
won't make goal due to accident

Hey Jen, I pledge 5 days! I need to make sure I am moving!!

Sunday: walked 2 miles, 33 minutes
Monday:none, I'll add for Friday to make my goal
Tuesday: nothing!
Wednesday: rode exercise bike to American Idol
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:

ok can someone explain the "pledge" thing to me. Is it how many days you will exercise?

Hi Charenda! Welcome to the thread!!!

Here is how it works.........everyone picks an amount of days per week they will get activity it and come back and post it on a daily basis.

we do this for accountability....and yes you will get a message if you do not update your pledge! LOL

Okay I am new to this. But... I am going to jump in and pledge at least 4 days for this week.

Monday- 45 mins TaeKwonDo
Tuesday- 40 minute walk
Wednesday- Nothing
Thursday- Nothing
Friday- 45 minutes TaeKwonDo
Saturday- 45 minutes TaeKwonDo

O.K. I am in again..............will pledge 4 days but shooting for 5.

Sun.---------DVD (aerobics..40 minutes)
Mon--------- 70 min. treadmill (7 miles); 20 min. weights (chest, tri's)
Tues.-------- 60 min. stairclimber; 20 min. weights (back, bi's)
Wed.-------- 45 min. eliptical; 15 min. stairclimber
Thurs.------- 45 min. treadmill (4 miles)...going to see George Strait...WhoHoo!
Fri.---------- 45 min. treadmill (4.25 miles); 15 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights (legs)
Sat.--------- 45 min. stationary bike
