I'm back!!! Shooting for 4 this week....

Tues - 20 crunches; 20 leg lifts; 20 leg twist things (kinda making it up as I go)
Wed - none
Thurs - 20 crunches; 20 leg lifts; 20 leg twists
Fri- 20 crunches; 20 leg lifts; 20 leg twists and added 20 side leg lefts
Sat -20 crunches; 20 leg lifts; 20 leg twists and 20 leg lefts each side

WOO HOO I DID IT!!!!!

I'm a little late, I'm thinking I have too much running around but I'll shoot for at least 3 DAYS! Got Too

Sun~REST
Mon.~ 55mins. FIRM Aerobic Body Shaping ~DONE!
Tues.~ 30 mins. jog/walk treadmill & 10 min. ABS~DONE!
Wed.~TURBO JAM Cardio Party 45 mins. & abs DONE!
Thurs.~30 mins. jog on treadmill DONE!
Fri.~REST
Sat.
