Well thanks y'all for the barbie girl song that is now firmly implanted in my head!
Terry, before I forget, B-complex is what you need, extra strength, or hi potency would be good. As far as what they advertise, B vitamins give you energy, but they are also used to reduce homocysteine in the blood which is good for the heart, that's why you see that being advertised. I have hyper-homocysteinemia (propensity towards too much homocys due to clotting disorder in the blood) so I take my B's every day.
Also, on the antivirus-this is what we use, recommended by my software designer brother. It's the best antivirus around, and it's free. Just download AVG free version and install, and set to update ever couple of days. I update mine daily, but we're kind of security freaks around here in computerland

There is absolutely no reason to pay a monthly fee to have an antivirus...unless of course they guarantee that nothing will happen and will replace your computer if you get one, hehe.

Good gravy you ladies are on a roll this week. I spent yesterday morning at the house, finishing the baseboards. Unfortunately it rained like crazy, so I got to see what happens in the back yard when it pours. We need some gutters because apparently we get a pool right up against the house. Yikes. I also found the moldy part of the vanity in the master bath that the seller so deftly covered up. Looks like we're tearing out the bath. Oh well. Yesterday I was really down about it...today I'm like, oh well. Another day, another grand sucked out of my savings.
Gina-glad your niece is ok. So tough for a momma to go through that with her child.
Jen- I-tunes should convert your mp4/m4a's to mp3s. If not, we use winamp, but there is also a program called dbpoweramp that will do it, although you'll need to install a codec pack with it for it to work. Ok, I just let my inner geek shine through. I actually broke down and got a shuffle for christmas because I like the dang little clippy thing.
Gotta run, work to be done, and I've spent the last 45 min reading, lol.
C-ya!
