barb's recipe for the mango pineapple smoothie sounded great,
had to add to here


Hey Lori, after many trips to Jamba juice and Robeks I came home and whipped one up myself!
Here it is

1/2 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
1 c. frozen mango
1 c. frozen pineapple chunks
1 c. or so banana pineapple juice
ice cubes!

I just blend all together. I'm estimating 3 points but I could be wrong. need to run it through WW point thingy! I know that Robeks is about 3 points for their small size which is pretty big!
EDIT: ok I just pointed it out and it is 3 points, the serving is for 2 so go ahead and enjoy! Yummo! perfect for this darn warm weather!enjoy

WW Cabbage Beef Soup:

1 lb. lean ground beef browned & drained, 1/4 tsp. each of garlic powder & black pepper, 1-16 oz. can kidney beans undrained, 1-28 oz. can chopped or diced tomatoes with liquid, 4 beef bouillon cubes, 1 sm. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 2 stalks of chopped celery, 1/2 head of chopped cabbage, 1-28 oz. can of water, 2 cans of italian tomatoes.

Put all ingredients in large pot, bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer 1 hour, covered with lid. This is very good soup & filling. Enjoy.

Serving size: 1 1/2 cups = 2 points.
