Default Move it and Lose it week of Jan 6th

I know we have the valentines challenge going on, but I thought going back to our weekly for the exercise would help too.

Soooo that said, pledge how many days per week you are going to get activity in then come back and update when you have done. Get into a good habit of updating daily.

Lets move it and lose it!

Sun-OFF
Mon-OFF
Tues-Gold's Gym Stability Ball Workout 30 mins
Wed-45 min walk looking for Scout
Thurs-30 min walk looking for Scout
Fri-OFF
Sat-25 mins Aerobic Body Shaping

4 Pledged.....GOAL MET to go!!!!

Sounds good to me Jen- looks like only 1 last day @ macy's on friday.
Pledging 5 days.

Sun 30 min walk
Mon 30 min strider
Tues 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs30 min strider
Fri-macy's confirmed-did earn some ap's was sweating afterwards, bending and lifting for inventory
Sat- 30 min walk

Here I go...painting is done except for touching up the ceiling and doing the baseboards, so I'm back to the battle!

Mon-30 min walk with dog-done
Tues-1 hr cycle-done ( OWWWIIIEEEE!!! )
Wed-1 hr cycle
Thurs-1hr cycle; 30 min core
Fri-30 min run/walk with dog
Sat-not sure yet, but will have to do something...no days off anymore

Thanks Girlie!! I am pledging 4 days this week too:

Sun- 1 hr. Jog/Walk in park (60crunches & 60 side crunches) DONE!
Mon- 120 crunches & 20 push-ups (In late) DONE!
Tues-40 mins. Turbo Jam & 20 mins. Turbo Abs DONE!
Wed- Turbo Sculpt DONE!
Thurs-
Fri-
Sat-

4 Pledged.....3 to go!!!!

O.K. I pledge 4 days this week.

Sun.--3 mile jog in the park:
Mon.--40 min.(jog) on treadmill; 20 min. on the eliptical; 25 weights!!!!
Tues.--40 min. stairclimber; 20 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights (back and bi's)
Wed.-- None today...have a date after work! WooHoo! Will make up for it tomorrow at the gym!
Thurs.--1 hour and 50 minutes (11 miles on the treadmill @ 10 minute miles) WHEW!
Fri.-- 30 min.;20 min.;20 legs--weights
Sat.--30 min. stairclimber; 20 min. eliptical; 20 min. weights

Shooting for 4 days this week...

Jan 8th: 15 crunches/20 toe touches/15 leg lifts
Jan 9th: 25 crunches/15 leg lifts
10th: hurt shoulder
11th: hurt shoulder
