Ok Anna friend, this is for you

Snack
1/4 of a medium cantaloupe - 1/5

Lunch
2 slices of whole grain bread - 3/8
lean turkey - 2/10

Snack

Dinner
leftover pork and sauerkraut - 4/18
green beans - 0/18

well i haven't made it to the grocery store-but i'm making do with what i have.
