I pledge 2 times a week to begin with since I am doing nothing right now and will increase as we go...I will post my weeks as we go along.

4th- 10 crunches; 15 toe touches, 10 jumping jacks (gotta find something different--my body and jumping jacks just don't gee-haw)
5th - walking, walking and more walking
6th- 15 crunches; 15 toe touches; 15 leg lifts

10th & 11th - hurt shoulder: REST
