Good gracious! Came in to edit this and had a total formatting failure...yikes! Ok, well here's the scoop: I was traveling alot and sick in January and quite obviously didn't hit my stated goals. I have 9 days left in this challenge...no reason I can't pick up where I left off and drop 2 lbs in that timeframe.

Hello ladies, I have been watching you buddy up page for awhile and decided I want to join in on you 45 day challagne, if that is okay.

FOOD AND WATER
water: 16-24 oz of "plain" water a day min (I already guzzle Crystal Lite like it's going out of style - about a liter a day)

food: as of Monday the 8th I am going back to Seattle Sutton delivery - the 1,200 daily calories plan. The challenge there is not to cheat.
However, I am considering getting it every OTHER week only, so I can cook and eat dinner with my husband, and use the leftover SS dinners as lunches. SO... I commit to eating SS - and when I don't, to try as best I can to keep within the 1,200 calories a day range by eating balanced, appropriately portioned, nutritious foods only.

ACTIVITY
Work out at least 5 days a week- 1 hour minimum.

Jan
1- gym closed - did light calisthenics (pushups, situps, leg lifts, etc) and stretches on liv room floor for an hour (while I watched "Biggest Loser")
2- 20 min elliptical trainer, 20 min treadmill alternating between 4.0 and 5.5 mph, 40 minutes weight machines circuit (inner thigh, outer thigh, pushups, pulldowns, leg curls, leg presses, abs)
3- 30 min treadmill

I just realized if I can lose the 15 that will be a milestone of 100lbs gone. Wow did I just get another boost of determination.
