Hello everyone,
7:30 here right now. Really hurting @ the moment. Finally got home around 12;45. Had to park on the other side of the mall, so had to wait for a shuttle bus to take me to my car. Didn't get to sleep until close to 2. Going to try to take a nap in a bit. Snow had just started when I reached the apt. We have about 3 inches right now, going to change to sleet later. Went to joann's and picked up some rainbow boucle yarn. making another afghan, probably for my bed @ mom's since it matches. didn't realize until I got home w/ it that not the right type of the yarn for the charity. Going to do 2 different stitches, need to learn the 2nd(that's the one I tried to do on my own Jen) one of my coworkers will show me how.
Need to nap then watch the game ( i know Jen will- wind is supposed to pick up, going to be nasty weather wise)

Anna- I'm sure the memories of the recital are worth it. Just take it 1 hr @ a time for the eating. I know it's hard w/ people dropping off the food,( I know how that was @ the nursing home)
Sue- hope this house is worth w/ w/ all the trouble you're going thru. yeesh, I probably would have given up by now. got my package out for the whole fl gang on Wed and they already received it,thank good ness. Hope you get a breather soon.
Liz- hope the storm wasn't bad your way!!
Cheryl- cool about the $$ I need to ebay some stuff, I've been procrastinating. I finally cashed in all my extra change for the past yr. $20, that's the most I've had in a long while.

alrighty need to try to take a nap, but craving to do some crochet. need to do strider too.

Hello again everyone,
no nap yet & it's almost 10 here. Shoveled my steps and cleaned off the car a bit. 5 inches so far of snow, just starting to sleet. Held off shoveling side walk since eventually the sidewalk plow will come thru and snow me in a bit again.
Did get some crocheting done and eating a late breakfast of pumpkin pancakes. Will now try to lay down & see how it goes, the storm coverage is starting to make me batty

Ooooh, what a day...woke up to pouring rain at 4, then up again at 8 to a winter wonderland...yikes! NOT ready for winter....

My grandma passed away the night before last...she went so quick, she was healthy as a horse until 2 weeks ago, she got a raging bladder infection, passed out, hit her head, and was pretty much comatose since then, she developed pneumonia the last couple days and that just did her in...She's wanted to die for years...I'm talking YEARS...my papa died in August so I guess she just gave up.

Deciding what to do with my snowed in day...wish it wasn't so windy out so the kids could spend the day outside...

Lizzy, you've got me wanted to get out my knitting!!!!! It's been so long, not sure if I know how to do it anymore....I bet it's like riding a bike.

Anyway, gonna go get some breakfast, I'm pretty sure I'll be back later!

Lizzy: hope you get a nap soon! Ugh! on your hours! I kind of wish I knew how to crochet. Maybe one day.

Not much planned here today. I need to get some shopping done, not sure if that will happen or not though. A friend of mine had said something about going to Midland to shop but haven't heard from her today. Maybe in a bit. Everyone stay warm and have a great Sunday!!

thanks guys...believe me, my papa is probably looking into a witness protection program up there is heaven...lol....i'm thinking he isn't ready for her crap yet...heeheehee
