Morning ladies. My baby turns 9 today. 9 years ago today I ad a beautiful baby boy and then took a month long nap, lol. I guess I can't really do that thing that my crunchy friends do where they make the kid sit through their birth story every year, complete with pictures

He'd be in therapy for decades!
Looks like the rain did us a favor. It rained all night on Friday night, but yesterday it stopped by 9am, so the big pile of snow that the school brought in for Santa Breakfast day was ok, and the park is not too badly flooded, so we'll be partying there and not here, thank the buddha. Spent last night making dog bone shaped cookies-ds is having a "the dog" themed party. We ended up decorating them with "positive messages" like peace, love, laugh, blah, blah, blah. It was funny.
So I have to get the house cleaned, just in case, because you know if it's trashed it will start raining and never stop, but if it's clean, it will be sunny and beautiful, lol. Have to wrap ds presents since my family sent stuff directly from amazon and such.
LT-sounds like a hectic week girl. I hope the snow doesn't mess up your travels. Glad you got some christmas goin on.
Jen-I miss the tree farm trees. Closest tree farms here are up in Flagstaff, and that's just too long a drive with a tree strapped to our tiny little car. People do it, but not me. When we lived in NYC we used to drive to the Poconos to cut down a tree (although I doubt those were "farms"-I'm pretty sure we just took one from the woods,

Sad, but I'll be spending some ridiculous amt of cash for a tree on a lot
Barb-hope the luminarias were fun, although a bit chilly I'm sure. Enjoy the nutcracker!
Ok, gotta run, tons to do before the party today.
Peas,
Sue
