Ok, here goes...today i'm gonna eat some of my leftover nutrisystem food

B - NS oatmea - 3 pt

L - NS noodles with chick and veg - 2 pt
Salad with olive oil - 1 pt
Steamed veg - 0 pt

S - 1/2 c cottage cheese - 2 pt
apple - 1 pt

D - not sure yet

UGH! Ive had a terrible morning with TOM and back its been bad but Im gonna be honest write it and move on.
P.s I still have 27 Flex unil Monday so I think Ill be fine.

Oatmeal 6
Coffee 3
Donut 6
Muffin 4


Soup 4
Roll 3

Dinner 10

Total 36

well erin-did you plan that donut and muffin? if not kicks in the a-s-s for you.
whats your plan for the next time you completely throw your back out and curl up in pain? you know im teasing you. drink lots of water and don't let it ruin your day-and do not pull an anna and think "well i already messed up i might as well keep eating" put it behind you. tom sucks!

ROTFLMAO... Hell no I didnt plan that muffin & donut because if I did I wouldnt have ate BOTH of them. I usually have those moments too. That is why I came here and at least journaled it. Nomally I would sy screw it and blow the whole day but that isnt what Im gonna do. OH YEAH, sorry I may have thrown someone into an uncontrolable binge by mentioning my struggle
