Here goes again...fake it till ya make it, right????

B: lite english muffin - 1 pt
3 egg whites - 1 pt
lf cheese - 1 pt

L: Salad with chick peas - 1 pt
olive oil - 1 pt
lf feta - 1 pt

S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 2 pt
apple - 1 pt

D: ???? got to think on that one, not to exceed 8 pts

Snack: popcorn - 3 pt

ALWAYS my motto nik!!

we're above this stress eating shit right???

here's my plan

breakfast: eggbeaters, chicken,shrooms: 2

snacks: banana: 1
canteloupe: 1
pudding: 1
yogurt: 2

lunch: lean cuisine spaghetti: 5
0 point soup: 0

dinner: pecan chicken: 6
baked tater: 3
lf sour cream: 1
zuchini: 0
bread: 2

24 on the money

im struggling with hunger-i havent eaten anything bad...i just pop almonds and dry cereal.hoping to get past this!! it sounds lame-but to make it through a day with just popping almonds and dry cereal is pretty damned good for me-usually it's a drive thru the old mc d's when i feel like this.

Fake it till ya make it is definately my motto....everyday is a new start.

Of course today TOM came nocking on the door early so Im ravenous but instead of going and getting something bad I went to a local small mall and walked for 30 min. Pretty good for me. Okay here is the menu

Breakfast 7
Cereal 6
Coffee 1

Lunch 16
Tomato soup 4
Crackers 3
Pear 1
Clementine 1 (it was very small)

Dinner 24
Goulash 8

Snack30
Muffin 4
Ginger snap 2

Well Anna I might have spelled it wrong and everyone does it different. But here is what I do

Whole wheat past (elbow shells whatever)
Hamburger (leanest)
Itailian Stewed tomatoes (1 can)
Light Smokie Sausages
Tomato soup (1 can)
Spices

Brown hamburger, brown sausage things,boil noodles throw everything in a dutch oven type pan on medium low for about 45 min so the flavors blend and enjoy. It is the easiest dinner ever.
