well i was completely amazed at myself last night. i made it through the entire day and evening eating on plan. lately i start my day with good intentions and by friday i am here at work throwing away salads and fruit and healthy meals i never touched. i have to stay focused-especially now, this is when the random gifts of food start appearing here at the office.
well here is todays plan
