Hello everyone,
not sure what the day will bring. Did wake up real early w/only about 5 hrs sleep then was up for a couple of hrs then drifted back for a couple of hrs. Should be a crafty day today, need to work on my snowman ornaments also the afghan I'm doing for work. Not sure if getting together w/ the ex since the football game isn't until evening. Think I'm going to do some of the diet cola cakes(making them into cupcakes,) for dessert for thanksgiving then freeze. Just need to decide on the combo. Need to take another walk today too. Did get a 45 min walk in yesterday. Should do soon to get out of the way. Cold here about 30.Brrr Need to work on water too, since not much yesterday.
miss athena- eating wet food but not dry. @ least she's eating something.

Morning Lizzy!!!!

The weather is sooooo crappy today....again....depressing...what's even worse is that Mike has nothing to do with himself. which means he is here getting on me about anything that pops into his mind! It isn't even 8 am yet and there is a list a mile long of things he has already bitched about this morning...YIKES....GO AWAY!!! Too rainy to deer hunt....too rainy to go work on the house...UGH....

Went over to the mainland yesterday afternoon and helped Mike a bit with the house, he tore off the 2nd floor on the back of the house pretty much with his bare hands....no backhoe....got to save a buck....lol...we both came home wet and filthy afterwards, but it's coming along.

Ok, need to go and do something productive, I got nosey nelly peaking over my shoulder spying on my rantings....he things computers are a HUGE waste of time....he's cute, but he's a total putz. Too bad he didn't see that!

Lizzy- I hope you sleep better tonight! Glad Ms Athena is eating a little. Have fun on your projects today!

Nikki- My DH is the same way about saving money! We are getting new carpet soon and he is ready to pull out the old stuff in the meantime....bad idea....we will be walking around on concrete until somebody comes out here...and we always hire people on the side....that might be why we are 3-4 months into our bathroom project and it's still not done!! UGH!!

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! I did some things around the house yesterday and then we did a little shopping. I made turkey chili for dinner seemed to be a big hit. This morning we will try to make it to Church and then football the rest of the day.....(I'll be reading or doing my own thing..) Tomorrow I will weigh in. It has been over a month!!! Scary!!!! Wish me luck!

Morning all! My plan for the day is to take the boys to see The Bee Movie, if they are good. I have been fighting a cold for the past few days and it seems like it is stuck in my throat. I have a cough and a sore throat and that is really it. I don't know what gives, I have been taking my vitamins, extra vitamin C and drinking a ton of water. I guess it is the fact that it is 80 here one day then freezing then only about 60 and so on. Ugh!!! Hope everyone has a great day. Talk to you all later.

Lizzy: glad to hear Athena is doing somewhat better, could it be her teeth? Just a thought since you said she will eat the wet stuff and not the dry. Have a good day.

Allison: I guess last night was chili, we had that last night too. Except oura was beef, DH can't have turkey (gout) he's not really supposed to have beef but what's a girl to do? LOL!! Have a great day!!!

I can't believe the "WHITE STUFF" is coming down! I was all ready for my Sunday walk in the park, it seems very windy too. I will be in an odd mood being that this upcoming week is hectic and excercise will be hard to fit in. Both kiddos are in the house this weekend and we are having a nice dinner for them tonight being that they will be with their other parents for Thanksgiving. Well I guess I'll do some floor excercise and move on.

Hello everyone,
getting ready to watch the last NASCAR race of the season. It was a productive day. Did grocery shopping. Did the cupcakes, w/ devils food cake mix and diet pepsi Jazz cherry vanilla. Was very moist but really didn't taste the cola in it. Was good though. Will keep frozen and pull out 1 @ a time. Got my walk in and made good progress on my ornaments. Ex came by but only for an hr, Now I get to do some crocheting. May do some strider too.
Oh yeah got a coupon for $3 off my next petsmart purchase for completing a survey on my receipt. Going to need it since my missy is being finicky.

Nikki- we'll probably get your weather soon. yeesh about DH, I wish I was more of a DYI person, I could help mom out more w/her house.

Allison ugh about the BR project. GL w/WI. Is your online classes done for right now? I really need to chose a med transcription course. I have an idea which one but do need the $$ first.
Cheryl- hope the movie was good. Going to try to see one on Thanksgiving. I have so many free passes from work
Hope you're feeling better. Athena had her annual about a month ago and her teeth looked fine. The dr examined her mouth well on Thurs. So maybe it's just a finicky thing right now.
Liz- yipes about the snow. we were supposed to have some last week but it didn't come, I heard we might get some of that "stuff" soon enough

Cheryl- Yes, Fiesta Texas is open for the Winter. I just saw a commercial today and it looks like it will be lots of fun! We are thinking about going next weekend. I'll let you know how it is!!

Lizzy- Glad you had such a productive day! I just finished my first two classes and I start two new classes tomorrow. Critical Thinking and Effective Essay writing.....I think the med transcript job would be great for you!! I got student loans and won't pay back anything until I have been working for 6months...... I have a long way to go.....
