Hello everyone,
Macy's very slow yesterday. We had another new person there, from a different dept who needed to learn the cash register, barely got any sales. We have a big sale Fri & Sat so will be very busy then. Looks like for the next couple of weeks I've increased to 3 days. We'll see what happened. Got my macy's card the other day and they spelled my name wrong!! Customer service will be sending out a new card. I should still be able to use the old one i would think
Miss Athena is loosing her appetite. I went out this morning and tried some diff food and she seems to be eating it. So maybe she just needed a change? I do have the day off today, unfortunately couldn't sleep in as usual. Didnt get to bed until 11;30. got up before 5 so will try to take a nap later, Will call the vet when it opens to see what they say,
Will need to get a trader's joe's run in.
Oh yeah forgot about the luncheon. It was a boxed lunch, I ate my salad that I brought in, but a turkey rollup w/turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce, Man I was so tired after wards. Skipped the sm bag of chips and 2 cookies that were in the lunch, did have a piece of pie that I planned for.Also got a American gift check as a bonus yesterday @ work, will need to decide what to buy on. Did to a lot of pacing the floor @ Macy's last night. Will also try to get some extra water in today, Not sure what else today. want to get the vet thing out of the way first

Barb- working in the housewares dept. Like toasters, mixers and everyday dinner ware.
Sue- hope everything went ok w/ DS, hmm may check out Macy's or IKEA( i now have one near me) for that gift check
Cheryl- hope wi went well.
Allison- yipes about the root canal!!
Erin- yipes about work,good luck w/ the family pact.

Morning...back from the conference! had a nice time, behaved myself fairly well, we did eat out for every meal and i did have nice dinners, but i utilized the fitness room every day that we were there, so that at least made me feel like i accomplished something. i was also on the 4th floor and only took the elevator a couple times.

Anyway, missed you guys, glad to be back...Cooper has speech today, but it's blowing really bad so I haven't decided whether i'm gonna go...not to mention i just want to stay home and veg.

Good Morning All.
Things have been so hectic between work and home it has been unreal.

So my spending Thanksgiving Day guilt is now over. My mom was so upset that I was even contemplating going to my Inlaws that she told me she solved the issue and they were going to NY. Well I was really upset by it and told my MIL......my MIL called my parents last night to see if instead of going to NY and making that long drive, why don't they just come to their house for dinner that the more the merrier. So my mom just called me to tell me they are going to my Inlaws. So that makes me feel a bit better. I am sure it will be pretty funny though....my mom and I have our own tradition of getting lit up on Bailey's every Thanksgiving. LOL

Sooooo foodwise I am doing good, but not seeing any results from it and I still can not work out. I am just going to keep doing what I can for now and not beat myself up over it. It's all I can do.

Anyone hear from Terry? I usually get email from her and I haven't for a few days....wonder if the new email address is going into her spam folder.

Lizzy- I hope you have a good day at both jobs. My cats every once in a while will boycott their food too. I worry when it is my older girl Angel though, since she is 11. But they want a change sometimes too.

Nikki- Hey! Glad you had fun in Columbus.

got an appt w/ the vet for this afternoon. to get Athena checked out. Checked out a book @ the library that was recommended to me about alzheimers I'll read a bit of it if I like it I'll buy a copy.

Nikki- @ least you worked out and took the stairs often, good job imo.
Jen- @ least things are straightened out for thanksgiving. Bummer about the exercise, but food is also the key as well. Terry hasn't emailed me either the past few days.

I actually had a coworker offer to have me come over for Thanksgiving, since I doubt ex will offer anything. It was real sweet of her but she has 2 little ones, so really don't want to intrude. I do have a menu planned out of chicken,stuffing, veggies and sweet potatoes.

Alrighty need to keep busy while waiting for the vet appt.

Hey Nikki, Lizzy, and Jen!

Today's the big day, root canal at 1130. Believe it or not, I can't wait! After it's over I know I will feel so much better. I've finished all my school work and actually have the rest of the week and weekend free!! I really need to recommit myself to something in the eating department. I think on Monday I will start journaling again and get back to the gym. I am scared to weigh in but it might be the wake up call I need. So, I hope to be joining ya'll again.

Hello chicks!!! Been MIA for almost a week...YIKES...was off Mon for holiday and then I took off Tues to do the college tour deal with DS (talk about being overwhelmed...OMG!!!...I am no where prepared for all this crap). Then yesterday I was so far behind at work, I did not get a chance to post. My w/i was the same this week...eating has been good although I did crumble yesterday with a doughnut but I had done good the rest of the day so I think I will be okay..DS ordered 2 doz glaze--I am praying that they eat those things quick...I hate having red flags in the house. DH is home sick with sinus crap..DS is still fighting his from last week..I still have the stuffy head as well and I think now something maybe lurking in my ears...may be the change in weather...we are having a cold snap beginning tonight--expecting Sat night to be in the low 20's..BRRRRR!!! Need to get some wood chopped..

Gotta scoot for now..BBL for personals! Missed you girls!!!

Quickie for me, I got to work later due to my GYN appt., as my girl Cheryl said, I'm such a good girl! The doctor was soo pleased that for the past 2yrs. my weight has dropped nicely, so that was a good feeling. Not much for today, just W-I...I believe it'll be the same since the dr.'s scale showed the same as WW's.
I have a huge grocery list for TG dinner it's scary! Especially with me doing all the cooking, I'm up for the challenge. Everyone have a great day!

Hey girls the first day of the pact went well. I woke up hungry this morning so I know I ate the right amount of food yesterday. It's getting stressful at work with my bosses fighting so I havent been online much. Trying to stay under the radar UGH here comes one now. Hope everyone has a good day.
