Welcome*and much luck. I just joined yesterday and have met a local buddy already and gotten support from several others.* I'm open to support online and via phone, so just let me know.* My goals are outlined on my profile, but basically my plain is focus on high protein, extremely low carbs, SF, low sodium, and low fat foods.* Basically going to try to keep my calories down to 1000 a day by not binge/emotionally eat, maintaining, 64 oz of water a day with exercise at least four days out of the week.* Hopefully this will help me shed a few lbs by July.** If you need/want any ideas just let me know.
