Re: im seriou thinking of quiting my job
Ohhhh I know what you are going through.
First......ignore your TM. They need you more than you need them. I guarantee they are desperate for leaders in your area so ignore them.
Secondly......I had WW product ALL over my house too. Here is what I did:
I set up an email address just for my members.
I had me and my R's look to see what the constant selling items were and about how much each week. Once I figured that out, those products, the scale and the materials were the only things I brought with me to the meetings. If we ran out of a particular product and a member wanted it, I would tell them that is what the email address is for...so you can let me know during the week if you needed anything or not.
Twice a week I would transfer from the centers to my travelers based on what the regular sellers were and the emails. I did this so my car didnt look like a WW meeting on wheels and so my house didn't look like a WW center exploded in my house.
Next.....for things that I did have in the house, plus my materials and other meeting prep things, I had one closet and that is where it went.
The main purpose of being a WW employee is to help your members....make them feel cared for and reflect their feelings......that is easy to do as we have been there. If you are feeling you aren't doing that, then maybe you should move on.....if you feel you are making a difference, then stay and do it!
