Why are you thinking of quitting? I know you have had some issues in the past. If you don't feel like you can effectively do your job and help people achieve their goals then I would say move on! Thinking of you because I know that is a tough decision.

What is making you feel this way?
Before I give my opinion...especially since you know I did the same job, I would like to hear what is going on.

ok here are a few of the reasons...
1. I hate the 'business' part of ww but love the program
2. they 'business' part of ww are not caring about the people that work for them.
3. im having to haul things back and forth my house looks like ww puked on it ex ww stuff in my room my living room my kitchen... and to boot the back of my van!
I know that I love my members and want to help them achieve there goal and I know I can do that! the hardest part is leaving them, that would be the only reason if I stay is the members I really care about them and want them to have a great outcome
with that said I have to share this one member has been with me for a couple of yrs now she has been doing flex and was on a plateau for a looonnng time she is the gal that I taught to drive and i suggested she try core she did and finally broke her plateau and now has lost 80 and lastnight she was so happy and then another gal came and rejoined last night and said because of work she couldnt attend all the time joined in chattanooga and said if I cant go to ginas meeting im not going and she came back last night so thats the hard part im just sick of the business part of the job! thanks for listening Ginah

Ohhhh I know what you are going through.

First......ignore your TM. They need you more than you need them. I guarantee they are desperate for leaders in your area so ignore them.
Secondly......I had WW product ALL over my house too. Here is what I did:
I set up an email address just for my members.
I had me and my R's look to see what the constant selling items were and about how much each week. Once I figured that out, those products, the scale and the materials were the only things I brought with me to the meetings. If we ran out of a particular product and a member wanted it, I would tell them that is what the email address is for...so you can let me know during the week if you needed anything or not.
Twice a week I would transfer from the centers to my travelers based on what the regular sellers were and the emails. I did this so my car didnt look like a WW meeting on wheels and so my house didn't look like a WW center exploded in my house.
Next.....for things that I did have in the house, plus my materials and other meeting prep things, I had one closet and that is where it went.

The main purpose of being a WW employee is to help your members....make them feel cared for and reflect their feelings......that is easy to do as we have been there. If you are feeling you aren't doing that, then maybe you should move on.....if you feel you are making a difference, then stay and do it!

I think Jen gave you some great advice. From what you have said and what I know of you, it sounds like your members definitely need you. So, only you can decide if you can deal with the business end of it is worth helping the members make life changes. I know it is a difficult decision. Will keep you im my prayers as you struggle to do what is best. Keep us informed on what you decide.
