Hello everyone,
hope everyone had a good evening. Was very tired and zonked out around 8:30 but ended up waking up @ 3 and tossed and turned since. Very busy @ work yesterday. I mentor again today in the afternoon. Maybe a walk for after work today. We'll see. Ended up doing strider last night. Ugh got too much stuff for this small place. Will see if I can downsize a bit once I swap furniture w/ mom. Really looks cluttered right now

Good Morning Ladies.
I am still feeling like yuck. I have such cramps and feel so bloated I could just die.
I didn't eat much yesterday, but did get my water in.
On the exercise front.....I have to figure something fun out to kick start this all. It's not that I don't like my Firm's, but I think that I have just been doing them for so long, I am not finding it fun. I would like to get one of those ball things....we will see. For now with the knee bothering me, I think I will have to do the Winsor Pilates. I haven't done that for a while....who knows, maybe that will start it off for me again.

Lizzy- How is Miss Athena doing? I understand the "cluttered" look. I can't wait to paint, decorate and refurnish the living room this fall!!!

Nik- i saw on the news they recovered the other boy...any luck on the dad?

Oh well......I am going to get going...the kids are NOT cooperating this morning AT ALL.

Morning...quickie for me...we are off to The Lion King this morning!

I did a tad bit of a backslide last night, not horrible, but still...and I totally know why I did it...I'm stressed out about today, I knew I was gonna have to find something appropriate to wear without looking like a sausage...and then one of the other mothers, who is a friend of mine, is going...she is very wealthy, 30 years old, silicone implants, tummy tucked size 1, tan, blonde...you get the pic! Nice but very shallow and quietly critical of other women...I haven't really seen her since I've gained this weight this summer. But I realize why I overate and I also realize that it didn't solve anything...and that I don't care how much money she has or how cute her clothes are, I've got way more class and at least my tits won't be hanging out at a school function!!!!!!! LOL...

Jen....as of last night, no news on the dad...they did find another body though, 3 fisherman were also missing....geesh....the Good Samaritan was supposed to be on the today show this morning....crap I totally forgot about it!

Ok, guys...have an awesome day....I'm committed to making healthy choices today even if I can't be totally OP!

Morning everyone,
I spend the day today at the Phoenix Art Museum learning the curriculum to teach the Art Masterpiece program in Ds's school. Should be a long day. Going to try to get a long walk in this evening. The dog needs to run, and it's only supposed to hit 103 today.

Nice to get on my bike yesterday. I'm looking forward to the cool down soon so I can get on my road bike and RIDE, RIDE, RIDE.

Nik-I've been reading the news articles. So sad. Have fun at the Lion King. And keep those tata's in your shirt. We have one of those at school. We cal her "Texas Cheerleader Mom" (no offense to my dear Texan friends). She's as plastic as they come, and loves to wear REALLY low cut shirts at school functions...especially when they require her to bend from the waist at all

Morning chicks..sorry I was MIA yesterday but between getting DH to the dr for a quick check because he could not move his jaw hardly at all (thank God it was just severely bruised--no breaks), coming in to work late, DD having cheering practice after school, etc, I was just ready to scream!!!! Doc up the pain meds to something better and we actually slept from 10 - 11:45 and then from 11:45 - 4 and then from 4:15 - 6:30..YEAH!!! I feel like a new woman today!!!!!

W/I this morning was awesome...down 2 lbs!!!! Woohoo for me after 2 weeks of not moving the scale.

No time for personals but I will try to get back shortly...my 1/2 day at work so I have got to get some typing done or else they may decide to fire my butt...LOL!!!!

Nik- LOL at plasticmom. We have a few of them up here....actually one of them Kevin dated for 2 years before we got together.....makes me feel like the plainest Jane in the world!!!! Give me some of your boobs!!!! LOL I wish I could get lipo and put that fat in my boobs! hehehe Enjoy the lion king!!!!! DOn't beat yourself up over the not so hot eating.....that is what is great about this board, we can say that shit and not feel a wrath!

Sue- Oh only 103 today! LOL We are supposed to be 90. Enjoy your walk and your day! Ohhhhhh BTW....I need to go for a color and cut...tired of the blonde highlights so I am envisioning the dark dark brown and eggplant highlights. I am sure the town folk will get a kick out of that! hehe

Terry- So glad everyone got some sleep and WOOOHOOOO about your WI!! I didn;t even WI yesterday with all I ate & drank plus TOM. Next week.

I'm in such a crap ass mood today, I can't take it. don't know why, yesterday I was all happy go lucky, today, not so much. I swear if Tom shows up for my Cali trip, I'm gonna be bummed like no other.

After all of my talk yesterday about keeping a leash on adhd step son, we had a blow out last night. dh got all mad because ss called me a liar about something so stupid. (that of course I did not lie about) so Mike has a coniption. It makes me feel so bad to see him act that way towards the kid, and in front of Dalton no less. Even though SS is a little shit, and I know it's hard to keep your cool with him. Lord knows I don't always. I just don't know what to do about it. ugh.

Hey I have one question for everyone....do yall have homecoming mum's for the kids at school? Anna never heard of them!!!

Angela- I was in crabby mode yesterday....TOM does not help. Oh now why wouldnt you want to take TOM with you to CA? He went with me to Mexico! Grrrr. I hear ya on the going off on the kids....thats usually me where Kevin is the levelheaded one. I have never heard of a homecoming mom...what is that? Are you running for homecoming? LOL

Liz- What grade is Carlos is? Jess is in 4th and let me tell you, what HUGE change in homework this year. She is there for hours....BUT she is little miss perfectionist and wants all those I's dotted and T's crossed....thats fine and all but not when homework is taking 3 hours!

My car is making some funky noise with the brakes once again. I am hating my car. The guys in the shop are going to look at it again to try and figure it out. Good to work at an auto place.....as long as they fix the friggin thing once and for all!!!!!
