Morning Ladies!
It just dawned on me that this year has flown!
Yesterday was a good one again for me. Stupid me forgot my WW books at work when I left, so since I knew how many points I had left (about anyway) I ate dinner and that was it. I didn't want to go over even though I had some AP's there. That is another thing I was proud of......it was an off day, but I worked out. Like I said, I figured that I would walk tonight up at the track. I juts bring my little ipod shuffle and go. Usually though, Jess walks with me and there are a few other mom's walking too. It's kind of sad because you would not believe the amount of people that stay for practice to watch and bring their chairs and just sit there.
Last night I also got in gear with looking through the cookbooks to find some friendly appetizers for the party on Sunday. Us neighbors are getting together tonight to figure out who is making what.
Lizzy- The points for the cereal is 3. Worth it! Also....the banana stuffed french toast is yummy....I posted that on the recipe area! I have posted a few things on there the past few days and think I will keep doing that as a good way to keep in check and feel like I am contributing. I hope we both have less stressful phone calls today!
Sue- I would realllllly freak about all those predators! OMG!!!! How are you feeling today?
Terry- Oh these people I work with think I am nuts! It's just the way I grew up. Heck one of the women there was telling me how her husband does NOTHING to help her. Even if she is sick, she is expected to cook and clean. AND he dictates EVERYTHING that goes on....what time dinner is on the table, what they are eating, etc. Screw that!
Barb- That has to be weird to hear someone talking about you on the radio. So are the girls making friends in the new school?
Allison- Remember to try to vary your points everyday. Honestly, when I was close to goal that is what I did and it helped soooo much. I didn't do the Wendy per se, but I did it and it worked.
Xan- On a softball note.....I guess quite a few of the girls are complaining that they can't find anyone to help with teaching pitching. One of Jess' All Star coaches is a pitching coach and is loaded. Her and her husband are buying all sorts of equipment this fall and putting it into one of their vacant builings and they are going to open it up for the girls to have a place to practice over the winter! WOOHOO!
Nik- How was your day?
Liz- Anymore extra veggies?
Where is Cheryl? We know Angela will join us soon.
Alrighty.....I have to get in gear.
BBL
Have a great morning!
