Okay, Great! Well, we will start monday. We will set up an goal of 90 minutes of excercise per week and then go with that for a few weeks and then after that we will work our way up. We will get a name for our group. This is exactly what I was doing on ediets before I lost my membership. So I will get back with yall on the specifics I might actually be unable to access the internet monday or tuesday but we will still start and I will get back on as soon as I am able. I am out of town and will probably be heading home. I think my dog is going to die. We left her at a Kennel and they said that she wasn't acting right, and they took her to the vet and the vet said that her kidneys are failing. I have been so upset. She is just like one of my own children. Just in two days time she quit walking and wasn't acting right. Anyways, here is the game plan. 1. Get a name for the group. All suggestions are going to be considered. 2. Get more people to join our group. 3. Start on diet and excercise plan Monday. 4. Check in at least 3 times a week. 5. Try to get your 64 oz. of water a day. 6. EVERYONE is welcome!!!!!!! 7. We will weigh in 1 time every other week. So every two weeks post your weight. 8. When you work out go ahead and post it on here. Just how ever many minutes you work out. At least 90 a week. You can do more depending on how much you feel like you can excercise. Well as I think of more I will post. So thanks for wanting to be a part of this. And I will be checking in to help keep everyone motivated and if you miss a week I will email you to find out what is wrong. If you are unable to access the internet for a certain time or something just let us know. Thanks again. Hope to get to know you all better. Have a great day. You Can Do it.

Hi I just signed up to day and would love to join the group. Car is in the shop so I am walking so it is a great time to get me motivated. I track my exercise on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal but only I see it and I think I need to team up with a group. See you all monday!

We could weigh in and help each other keep up a good diet and help each other with advice. Just an idea. Also we could set a goal of doing so many workout minutes a week and etc.

Hey everyone! I was just checking in and I wanted to let you all know that you can also put what you eat during the day too, and also your excercise plan if you currently have one. If not please let me know and maybe we can find something to work for you. I have shin splints right now, so I am not able to excercise as hard as I was without having to pay for it big time. Anyways, If you write what you eat it will be good as far as you will have to write it on the board which might make everyone eat a little better. Also we need to discuss calorie intake. Do yall have a calorie range or what? I was told that for me I didn't need to eat more than 1200-1300 calories a day and keep doing excercise in order for me to lose weight. Also I have a formula that is suposed to tell you how much body fat you have if anyone is interested in finding out. It's not 100% accurate as you may have alot of muscle but anyways, just another thought. Write back with your suggestions and any questions. Talk to yall later. Any ideas on the name for the group?
