Looking for South Beach buddies

south beach diet that is.
I have had to start over and now this is day 1 phase 1.
Just looking for buddies so if you've been on sb for awhile or just starting..
post here!
I had been doing atkins for a long time and lost most of my weight doing that, but I need a change. Sick of eating the same things over and over..
so I read up on SB and LOVE the science behind it..and the food choices are great!

I have been doing SB for a long time and I got tired of having to "start over". They key to my success so far has been that I eat phase 1 mon-sat and I take Sunday off. I have whatever I want on Sunday. I just make sure I am good during the week so I look forward to my day off.
