Hi Lourdes Im new also my name is Evelyn and am having a hard time starting a diet and exercise regimen.I have tried weight watchers but hate counting points I also tried atkins and lost a lot of weight with exercise.I basically need a push and then Im on a roll.Wish u luck...WE gonna need it

yes we our going to need all the luck we can get I am on WW i lost 8 lbs. but i gained almost all of it back so i did not know what else to do i am on the edge holding on for some help
