Default my worth

am not sure, will this be in the buddy up ( am new) to it all. am in my mid 40's, i got too big in the my mid 30's I did the 29.00 a month club and lost nothing for 6 months. I have stuff here to use. I am discouraged, but I am not healthy, I can not even stand walking to the store to buy needed things. ok,, am sorry am a downperson, push me out of it. I would love, I have good cookbooks for healty eating, I have good stuff to start. I love to have buddy, and a little or alot encouragement. I have no social life what so ever, never really had one, so I am not very good at communication with others. so please forgive me, I like people, I think there wanderful and love all the different talents and things we all know. hope I did not saying any thing to defend anyone. does any one know a good diet, not fats, etc, etc, for low income people. i would like the thing where meals are delivery, (since I do not eat three meals anyways,) it 12.02, i have a cup cold coffee. that all. )but food budget is about 1/3 of what they cost. So lovely people. i will not be typing so much next time,.. it probably doesn't make sense to anyone anyways.. (oh yeah, no teeth, i have no teeth, can't eat lettuce..) the healthly way.

Welcome to buddyslim. I hope you will enjoy this site. It is an awesome site. First of all, you need to eat more food. You are not getting enough food. Sounds crazy but it is the truth. They say to eat 5-6 small, healthy meals a day to get your metabloism running and to keep it running. You need to eat breakfast. You need to break that fast from not eating all night. That will kick start your metabolism. Check out Weight Watchers online. EDiets online. Try Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople. That is a free website that will help you out with your nutrition and exercise. Stop eating white foods such as sugar and flour. Switch to whole wheat, mulitgrain and eat more fiber. Try to get in some kind of activity. Start out with baby steps. Make yourself a priority and do this for your health

your so wise there . I barely have floured food. so yeah, and I hate white bread. no diet for me that cost money. I can afford that. who can. I save the site your sent
