Default hi new member

Hi all I want to start off by saying I exercised three days in a row. I have no excuse not to, except sheer laziness. I tape programs, I have other tapes, I have a folder falling apart at the seams with exercises but still won't move. I think it hit me when I turned on the channel and just WATCHED the lady exercise instead of doing it along with her. I don' t really have a diet, amd looking. I think the first step for me is moving and keep moving. The weather may be cold outside but I have my living room and no excuse. So thanks to all. I will keep it up!!
