Default Newbie and I'm ready!!

Hey gang. My name is Chris and well...........tomorrow is the day. I'm sick of lying to myself and sick of dissapointing myself with failed trials. Diet on, diet off, diet on, diet off. Enough is enough! I gained over 100 lbs when I hit College about seven years ago. Four years ago I lost about 60 of those lbs and was really on my way (even the exercising was becoming addicting). Then I broke my left ankle and leg, was laid-up for over six weeks and well...........I'm sure you can figure out the rest of the story. Now I'm at my worst weight ever and very scared. I've been starting and stopping this diet for over a year now. I know I can do it and I know it works for me (Weight Watchers). I think I really need a friend and supporter to help through this. I need someone to tell my weekly weight loss goals and results to and motivate me. I'm really the only one here. I guess that's not much of an introduction but, I'm ready! So if anyone would like to be with me through this thing, that would be awesome!! If there are constant journals I should post on or tips you can give me, that would be awesome too. Thanks so much! Chris

Hi Chris, I am happy to hear you are back on your way to losing weight and being healthier! I know how it is to constantly be disapointed with the yo-yo dieting. This is a wonderful place to get support. You can do it and good luck to you!

Hello Chris I have been going through the same thing. I recently started doing Overeaters Anonymous online meetings. I have also been doing Weight watchers and going to Tops(Take Off Pound Sensibly). I feel that all of these meetings together has helped my unmotivated butt lol. Good Luck this time!!!!
