Hi Sylvia....I, too, have 100 pounds to lose. I am eating basically a low calorie diet and watching portion sizes because I tend to eat good food, but too much of it. I do not regularly eat anything with white flour, however, I do sometimes when eating with friends. But weekly at home, I am front loading with vegetables. For example, I will have one cup of progresso soup and add 2 cups of frozen veggies to it. This is very filling and tastes great to me. I have found that eating fish instead of chicken affects weight loss. I don't eat any beef or pork regularly. Fish seems to be better for losing weight for me. I don't know if others have experienced this as well. I am glad to be part of this group, and look forward to hearing from everyone. Dava
