Hi everyone! I'm new around here. If you look up your ideal target heart rate on google there will be a chart that will tell you where your heart rate should be at to burn fat effectively. I also bought myself a heart rate monitor which is great! I walk for as long as I can without killing myself and I drop more weight like that than before. I thought I had to kill myself to loose the fat. Now it's a bit harder to keep my heart rate up so I carry weights to pump it up =).** I hope I helped out*a bit. Oh and jump ropping is a pain.

I read somewhere,about jump roping. i've been thinking about it. it will have to wait. i'm still going to push myself to exercise and lose the weight. HEY,IT'S NOVEMBER THAT MEANS TURKEY,HAM & EVERYTHING ELSE & OH MY FAV. X-MAS WHERE THERE'S MORE GOOD STUFF TO EAT. I want to lose a few before those days so when i do eat all the yummies, it won't show. i don't have a treadmill or any of that, so i make up stuff here and do what i can. it helps. i'd like to add more to it,but,i can't think of anything else to do.

Jumping rope is great to get your heart rate up...I do about 10 min. a day* When I first started it was funny...but now i'm getting really good at it...my and my niece have compititions..lol.
