RE: November Exercise Accountability Thread
Hi, guys! I remembered we had something called 'exercise accountability' around here so I made an effort to find it.
Ok, here goes: I'm getting back on track and I gave myself 2 weeks to lose 2 lbs just to really get back into weightloss mode! Also, these 2 weeks I'll be exercising at home, doing my workout videos 3-4 times a week! Then I'll probably go look for a gym (I still don't know much about my new neighborhood).
Ok, so today was the official start of the new exercise season and I did:
- 1 hour Pilates
- Tae bo basic workout (25min)
Then TOM came...unexpected. I hope that won't slow me down!!
