There's this part toward the end of my Maintenance DVD where we're on all 4's doing leg exercises.* We do 2 reps of 8 slow and then 2 reps of 8 fast of each exercise.* Well, I always skip the fast little pumps and just keep it slow because it burns so darn much to do the fast reps.* This morning, I told myself to try it.* 2 weeks ago, when I started this DVD, I didn't get through it (doing it fast) but this morning I GOT THROUGH IT!!!* I couldn't believe it.* And I also did my Abs DVD.* I LOVE THE BICYCLE!!!* It's my favorite.* And I got in my Stretching DVD making me way late for work.*

Yesterday I did the toning tape, I want to do the treadmill today but I think I may have sprained my ankle. If I can't walk then I'll do the toning again today.

I did 45 min of cardio on treadmill and elliptical, 30 push ups, and 200 crunches, among other things. I really gave it my all today which is why I laughed on my way to the locker room bc my ponytail was beyond defunct and my shirt was stuck to me bc of the sweat.

Well I managed to do the treadmill, in spite of my ankle. I did 3 miles and now I'm icing my foot.

Hi, guys! I remembered we had something called 'exercise accountability' around here so I made an effort to find it.
Ok, here goes: I'm getting back on track and I gave myself 2 weeks to lose 2 lbs just to really get back into weightloss mode! Also, these 2 weeks I'll be exercising at home, doing my workout videos 3-4 times a week! Then I'll probably go look for a gym (I still don't know much about my new neighborhood).

Ok, so today was the official start of the new exercise season and I did:
- 1 hour Pilates
- Tae bo basic workout (25min)

Then TOM came...unexpected. I hope that won't slow me down!!

Way to go Nikki! keep challenging yourself!
I did 43 minutes of cardio today - and then some ab stuff and stretches. I have 9 days til I make my goal for the month.

Yesterday I did Curves, will go Mon am to curves also.* I am going to buy a workout video for at home.* My friend recommended "quick fix", never heard of it but she said it is great.

Wow - seems like no one has been keeping up with this forum. Well, I was gone for a week and then this site hasn\'t really been working like the old one...today, I accomplished my goal of working out 22 days this month. Very excited about that - however, I did not do \"ridiculous number of crunches\" like I had hoped to try to make my stomach go down, so that is something I will have to tackle in Dec. I hope your goals came to fruition as well.
