Default October Exercise Accountability Thread

Hi buddies!
Here we go again!! By now you know what to do, but if you are new, here's the deal.* This is a place where you come in and report your daily exercise.* We start off, if you'd like by posting your goals for the month and then, each day, come in here and post what exercise you have done for the day!* Best wishes this month! Don't forget, in*2 months the Holidays will be here--we need to be ready!
P.S.* Don't know where the "regulars" went at the end of the month, but let's get this party started!!

Alright Jo.* I'm doing it by miles.*
Oct 2-8, 7miles
October 9-15, 8 miles
October 16-22, 9miles
October 23-30, 10 miles
I'm going to keep adding a mile a week until I'm doing 21 a week.* I'll see what I'm going to do after that.* Hopefully I'll be doing more than just the walking, but this is a minimum.

Hi,
I'm in.................
For October, I'd like to lose 5-10 pounds.
I usually exercise on the treadmill and nautilus
So today i did the treadmill, but only 3/4 mile(down day....)
but will work harder tomorrow.* *I also did some leg and arm exercises with weights. I want to increase my stamina and endurance.

My goal is going to be in baby steps.**
My goal is to get off my butt once I get home from *work and walk at least 3 times this week.** Wish my luck!

My goal is to exercise in the treadmill at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes and supplement this with yoga, and WATP for the other days. I also want to food journal my food intake every day,and post a blog on here several times a week.*

Alright - September was pretty bad what with foot, hamstring problems and a bad cold - This month, I was thinking about what was doable - so I am gonna shoot for the following: 25 days of exercise this month, including a couple of push-up sets of 10 each.

I did a mile on the treadmill and it was a little easier this time and i drank a
lot of water(which i haven't been doing).

I just had a c-section three weeks ago so I*cannot do much yet and have to weight for the clear from doctor to get back to regular exercise however I will start walking the baby in the stroller for ten minutes a day and do light arm weights for ten minutes a day also. I hope to lose 5 - 10 lbs this month.
