My push-ups are modified - not that they still aren't hard, but it is harder for a really heavy person to do pushups!

Uhhhh - what't up with the no posting? People, people - write down your butt-kicking workouts!
Today was good - I did another 30 push ups - three sets of ten - and used the cable weights on my arms besides my elliptical and treadmill stuff. My core is much much better. I can actually friggin' hold the plank position over ten seconds. So, with today, I have done 18 days of exercise in Oct. (Saturdays are my day off)*- and let me tell you - i'm loving what I am seeing!

I'm new but this is a great way to keep it real.* My goal is jog 3 miles every day.* I've done that for the past 2 weeks and haven't missed one day.

HOORAY for JO!
As for me, I am 2 days shy of my one hour workouts for 24 days in October. And been doing all my pushups - between 20 and 30 5-6 times a week.

HI I AM INTERESTED IN THIS. I ATTEMPT BURN 3,500 CALORIES A WEEK. THAT IS MY GOAL. SOME WEEKS I AM THERE AND OTHERS NOT. BUT IT GIVES ME INCENTIVE WHEN I SEE THAT POUND GONE. MY WEEKLY GOALS ARE ONE TO TWO POUNDS A WEEK. OCTOBER IS PRETTY MUCH WRAPPED UP SO MAYBE I WILL SEE YOU IN NOVEMBER. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

SOOOOOO! I passed my goal. Worked out for 25 days this month - not 24. Each was one hour minimum (usually 1 hr &*10-15 min).*I did 20-30 pushups about 5 times a week. I can pass that talk test for aerobic exercise. My core is tight. It's allllll good.
