Default September Exercise Accountability Thread

Hi buddies!
Here we go again!! By now you know what to do, but if you are new, here's the deal.* This is a place where you come in and report your daily exercise.* We start off, if you'd like by posting your goals for the month and then, each day, come in here and post what exercise you have done for the day!* Best wishes this month! Don't forget, in 3 months the Holidays will be here--we need to be ready!

ahh..i'm really going to do a better job of getting on this thread regularly.
My new plan for this month:
Workout 5 days/week
2 days will be kickboxing
3 days will be circuit training with cardio included.
Mondays & Fridays are my rest days!* I'll be working out hard to earn them!

Well Sept. hmmmm
Walk lots every day/try not to use car as much.-I will also record all my daily steps
Mon - Wed - Friday - I plan to do strength / yoga exercise
Tuesday & Thurday- I will use my exercise gazelle glider.
Sat & Sun - well we will see.** I will also record all my daily steps.

Here are my plans for Sept.
1.** Work out three days during the week, Mostly mwf, but if i miss tues or thur.
2.** Keep a food log for at least 5 out of 7 days a week.
3.** Limit to 1500 calories a day, with an extra 300 calories a week if i go over.
So far that is my plan.

Well as for me I plan to:
Walk 2-4 miles 5 days a week
On MWF I plan on doing cardio 30-45 min
T&Thurs I plan on doing weights & abs
Hopefully I will be able to stick with it!

9/1-40 min brisk hill walking, 40 min total body strength train w/cool down and stretch
9/2 75 min brisk walk on bike path.* Approx 3.6 miles

I didn't do so well with August, since starting my new job.* But I am not going to give up!* I am, however, going to modify my goals. I will try to exercise 3 days a week, and walk to work & back home 2 days a week, now that the weather is getting a little more manageable.*
