Default RE: What workout do you do?

I do 2 different activities, and I alternate days doing them. On Mon.- Wed.- Fri. I use an eliptical and do 45 min. to 1 hr. (this is what I call my "easy" day). Tue.- Thurs.- Sat. I do a circuit: I run up and down my stairs 10 times and then do a strength training/fat burning exercise. I do this until all of the exercisises in the series are done. This usually takes me about 30 min. to 45 min. to complete. The strength training/fat burning exercises are from the Biggest Looser book. Doing this routine in combination with keeping my calories to 1200 a day has allowed me to loose 12 pounds so far!

Default What workout do you do?

I am a former gym member from eons ago (acutally its been 6 yrs since I've had a membership) lol. What do you do for physical activities? Anything that works for you that you think others might like to try? Walk Away The Pounds ~ I have a few of these workouts and I couldn't believe after doing the workouts first thing in the morning and eating semi-clean the weight was coming off. Honestly I never really thought that this walking thing was going to work but it did. Its one of those workouts that even if you are half asleep there is a slim to none chance of getting hurt in the process of doing it. =o) Slim in Six ~ You want to see inches come off? This workout is it! Its a 6 week program of lunges, squats, plies, ab work and resistant band toning. I can honestly say that when I did this a year ago with only 4 weeks of doing it and cutting down on my fast food I had lost 13 inches between thighs, waist, hips, chest and arms. The only problem with this workout is that you do the same thing 6 days a week. There are 3 levels and as you move up in levels you will do that work out 6 days stress. You'll definetely breakout in a good sweat and will notice physical changes but you might get bored pretty quick too. Ok those are my two workout recommendations for the day. Can't wait to hear what everyone else uses.
